Очевидно, наиболее легко упо­рядочение спиновой структуры может происходить, если вещест­во находится в жидкофазном состоянии. При затвердевании упо­рядоченная спиновая структура вещества сохраняется, что может привести к существенному изменению его физических и химичес­ких свойств. Можно ожидать, что в некоторых случаях этот про­цесс приведет к улучшению эксплуатационных характеристик ма­териалов.
Рассмотрим в качестве конкретных примеров две перспектив­ные торсионные технологии — квантово-вакуумную металлургию производства деталей из силумина и трубной стали. Стандартная технология литья силуминовых деталей в интересах авиакосми­ческой промышленности, автомобилестроения и т.д. требует вве­дения в материал легирующих присадок. Недостаток этой техно­логии состоит в высокой неоднородности распределения лигатуры в слитках, что приводит к высокому проценту брака в процессе производства. Для гомогенизации структуры расплава силумина использует­ся его обработка торсионным излучением. Соответствующая мето­дология разработана А.А. Абрамовым, А.Е. Акимовым, Э.Н. Була­товым и прошла заводские испытания в Центральном научно-ис- следовательском институте материалов (Санкт-Петербург) [1]. В процессе плавки на материал, находящийся в жидкофазном состо­янии, воздействуют торсионным излучением в диапазоне от сред­них до высоких частот.
Улучшение микроструктуры материала в результате торсион­ного воздействия позволяет отказаться от использования легиру­ющих присадок, значительно улучшить характеристики слитков и резко уменьшить их отбраковку. Исследование образцов, получен­ных по квантово-вакуумной технологии, показало, что существен­но улучшились их основные эксплуатационные характеристики: прочность возросла в 1,2 раза, сопротивление удару — в 1,3 раза. Полупромышленные испытания квантово-вакуумной техноло­гии литья позволили установить два важных дополнительных пре­имущества. Во-первых, из-за возрастания в процессе торсионного облучения текучести расплава резко снижается процент брака при литье деталей сложной формы. Во-вторых, в среднем на 11% воз­растает электропроводность силумина, что делает привлекатель­ным его использование в электротехнике. Вторая промышленная технология, на которой мы остановимся в качестве примера, — это производство трубной стали. Известно, что существующие технологии не позволяют устранить многие дефекты литья — микротрещины, низкую прочность, увеличить пластичность и коррозионную стойкость. Эти дефекты приводят к быстрому разрушению труб даже в благоприятных условиях эксплуатации.
Исследование воздействия на расплав металла торсионных из­лучений было проведено в 1989 г. в Институте проблем материа­ловедения (Киев) под руководством академика В.И. Трефилова. Генератор спин-торсионных излучений, использованный в этой серии опытов, был разработан и изготовлен в НИИ микроприбо­ров (Киев). В проведении работы приняли участие В.П. Майборода (Киев), А.Е. Акимов (Москва) и др. Путем переплава меди высокой степени чистоты в электронагревной печи в атмосфере аргона были получены слитки, обработанные в процессе плавле­ния торсионным излучением [79, 80]. Структура меди, обработанной торсионным излучением, отли­чается высокой микродисперсностью. Возросла также плотность внутренних границ, источников дислокации, что привело к увели­чению пластичности слитков в 2-3 раза. Прочность слитков воз­росла в 1,2-1,3 раза, а коррозионная стойкость — в 2-3 раза. В работе В. П. Сабурова, У.П. Туренко и др. (Омский техничес­кий университет) и А.Е. Акимова (Москва) выполнено исследова­ние влияния торсионных полей на процессы полимеризации и кристаллизации жидких растворов [119]. На примере образования кристаллов NaCl из их водного раствора выявлены периодические структурные изменения этих процессов при воздействии торсион­ного излучения в диапазоне частот от 0,1 Гц до 1-2 МГц. После прекращения воздействия система сохраняет о нем «память» в течение длительных периодов — до 3 суток. Выявлен эффект пере­дачи возбуждения от обработанных растворов к контрольным. Используя результаты этих экспериментов, можно говорить о разработке новых промышленных технологий, создании новых ма­териалов и об оптимизации технологических процессов, применя­емых в настоящее время.
М.В. Курик (Институт физики, Киев) исследовал влияние тор­сионных излучений на электронные свойства p-i-n структур на основе кремния и гетероструктур CdTe/YaSe, а также на оптичес­кие и электронные свойства жидких кристаллов, легированных комплексами фталоцианитов [6]. Получены следующие результа­ты:
1. При исследовании p-i-n структур, разработанных в Институ­те ядерных исследований Украины для регистрации нейтронного потока, обнаружена зависимость их проводимости от модулиро­ванного торсионного излучения. Полученные результаты можно использовать для разработки на этой основе детектора торсион­ных излучений.
2. Обнаружен эффект «памяти» гетероструктур о действии тор­сионного излучения.
3. Обнаружен эффект торможения процессов упорядочения структуры жидких кристаллов.
4. При исследовании влияния торсионного излучения на эта­нол-водные растворы трет-бутил-дифтаноцианинов обнаружен эффект увеличения скорости осаждения молекул диспрозия и гольмия.
Под руководством Н.В. Ткача (Черновицкий университет, Ук­раина) исследовано влияние торсионных излучений на релаксаци­онные процессы в твердых растворах свинец — селен — теллур и ртуть — марганец — селен. Показано, что образцы, обработанные торсионным излучением, обладают увеличенным коэффициентом оптического поглощения; обнаружен эффект исчезновения при- месной фотопроводимости. Спектры оптических и фотоэлектри­ческих явлений для облученных образцов твердого раствора кад­мий — ртуть — теллур отмечено изменение температуры Кюри, коэффициента Холла и магнитной восприимчивости. Исследование влияния спин-торсионного воздействия на пара­метры полупроводниковых приборов было продолжено в Черно­вицком университете А.А. Ащеуловым, Ю.Г. Добровольским и В.А. Безуликом [11]. Установлено, что наиболее значительные из­менения их параметров наблюдаются для тех кристаллических структур, которые отличаются нестабильностью энергетического состояния. Исследовались серийные кремниевые фотодиоды, критерием воздействия служил обратный темновой ток. Уже в течение пер­вых 10-15 воздействий величина тока уменьшалась до 40%, при­чем эти изменения сохранялись в течение месяца. Сходные резуль­таты были получены для фотодиодов, на основе германия и анти-монида индия. Анализ оптических свойств фильтров из CdSb и CdTe, облада­ющих высоким кристаллографическим совершенством, выявил отсутствие зависимости их свойств от спин-торсионного воздей­ствия. Однако для образцов CdSb, характеризуемых наличием уп­ругих локальных напряжений, установлено увеличение прозрач­ности на 35-40% и возрастание крутизны коротковолновой грани­цы поглощения. Можно, таким образом, рассчитывать на улучше­ние параметров приборов и увеличение их надежности. Квантово-вакуумные транспортные и Энергетические системы
Как отмечалось в предыдущей главе, существуют возможности использовать квантово-вакуумные эффекты для управления сила­ми инерции. Решение этой задачи открывает путь к созданию принципиально нового, универсального безопорного двигателя, который может найти самое широкое применение в различных типах транспортных систем — автомобильных, железнодорожных, морских, авиакосмических и др. Важное преимущество таких дви­гателей состоит в их высокой экологической безопасности. Теоретические и прикладные проблемы создания транспорт­ных систем такого типа исследованы Г. И. Шиповым и В. П. Фи- ногеевым (Институт теоретической и прикладной физики, Мос­ква) [3, 151]. Анализ учебников по механике позволяет сделать любопытные выводы об отношении их авторов к проблеме сил инерции: 60% авторов считают, что эти силы нереальны и вводятся как фиктив­ные для удобства расчетов, 20% признают их реально существующими, 10% занимают промежуточную позицию и еще 10% стара­ются вообще не отвечать на этот вопрос. Неясность вопроса о силах инерции, сохраняющаяся со временем Ньютона, — это одна из проблем классической механики. Другая проблема связана с вращением твердого тела. Если в механике материальной точки пространство однородно и изотроп­но, то для вращающегося тела оно становится анизотропным, иными словами, его геометрия перестает быть Евклидовой. Известны экспериментальные факты, свидетельствующие о не­полноте механики Ньютона. В конце 1960-х годов Н.В. Филатов (Тверской политехнический институт) исследовал столкновение двух массивных тел, установленных на тележках. Одно из этих тел представляло собой пару гироскопов, вращающихся навстречу друг другу с одинаковой угловой скоростью. В результате полный момент этой системы был равен нулю. Гироскопы были закрепле­ны в кардановых подвесах и могли прецессировать. Двигаясь навстречу друг другу, тележки сталкивались, и про­цесс их столкновения фиксировался на кинопленке. В результате большого числа экспериментов было установлено, что если после удара начиналась прецессия гироскопов, то скорость центра масс системы возрастала. Результат этого опыта противоречил теореме классической ме­ханики, согласно которой за счет внутренних сил инерции невоз­можно изменить импульс центра масс изолированной системы. Причины нарушения этой теоремы в опытах Филатова состояли в том, что, во-первых, для сил инерции не выполняется третий закон Ньютона, а во-вторых, по отношению к изолированной системе силы инерции оказываются как внутренними, так и внешними. В этих опытах в момент удара происходило взаимодействие различ­ных сил инерции, которые связаны как с поступательными, так и с вращательными степенями свободы. Вот каким образом комментирует эту ситуацию Г. И. Шипов. Поскольку все тела состоят из частиц, обладающих спином, любое покоящееся массивное тело можно представить как ансамбль мик- рогироскопов с фиксированными в пространстве и времени на­правлениями осей вращения. Прикладывая к этому телу внешнюю силу, мы пытаемся изменить ориентацию осей этих микрогироско­пов. Взаимодействие этой силы с ансамблем микрогироскопов и воспринимается как сила инерции. Это позволяет раскрыть при­роду сил инерции, которая оказывается связанной с анизотропией вращательного движения частиц, образующих данное инертное тело.
Поскольку пространство с геометрией кручения неоднородно и анизотропно, законы сохранения в нем по сравнению с их клас­сической формой для геометрии Евклида видоизменяются и при­нимают более общий характер. Практическое приложение этого обобщенного закона сохранения линейного импульса нашел рус­ский инженер В.Н. Толчин (Пермский машиностроительный завод)[133]. Используя этот обобщенный закон, он сконструировал и испы­тал инерцоид — четырехмерный гироскоп с самодействием. Управ­ляя силами инерции внутри изолированной системы, удается при­водить ее в движение и регулировать скорость. Теория транспортных систем типа инерцоида Толчина разра­ботана Г.И. Шиповым [151]. Он обратил внимание на тот факт, что силы инерции не подчиняются третьему закону Ньютона, посколь­ку нельзя сказать, со стороны каких тел эти силы приложены. Кроме того, для изолированной системы эти силы являются как внутренними, т.е. действующими внутри объема, который ограни­чен стенками этой системы, так одновременно и внешними. По этим причинам вопреки классическому закону сохранения им­пульса центр масс этой системы может двигаться под действием локальных сил инерции, созданных гироскопами внутри самой системы.
Используя эти теоретические соображения, Шипов предложил механическое устройство, которое может ускоряться за счет взаи­модействия поступательных и вращательных сил инерции. Это устройство, получившее название «четырехмерный гироскоп», состоит из центральной массы М, закрепленной на оси, и двух малых масс, которые синхронно вращаются навстречу друг другу вокруг центральной оси. В точном соответствии с предсказаниями теории на опыте этот гироскоп Шипова приходит в движение. Гироскоп представляет собой прообраз универсального двига­теля, способного перемещаться в любой среде, включая космичес- кое пространство, и при этом ничего не выбрасывает в окружаю­щую среду.
Наряду с принципиально новыми транспортными системами, основанными на квантово-вакуумных эффектах, можно рассмат­ривать проблему создания высокоэффективных, безопасных и экологически чистых источников энергии, использующих те же принципы. В расчете на 1 см3 плотность флуктуации энергии квантового вакуума на 80 порядков величины превосходит плотность энергии, которую можно будет получить при управляемых термо­ядерных реакциях. Воспринимая из вакуума часть своей энергии, подобные установки формально могут обладать кпд больше 100%. Теоретические предпосылки создания квантово-вакуумных энергетических установок рассмотрены А.Е. Акимовым и Р.Н. Кузьминым [5]. Возражая против возможности решения этой задачи, обычно вспоминают, что квантовый вакуум по определению является сис­темой с минимальной энергией, а потому не имеет смысла гово­рить о ее извлечении. Такая точка зрения ошибочна, так как при этом упускается из виду, что квантовый вакуум — это динамичес­кая система, обладающая интенсивными флуктуациями энергии. Речь поэтому должна идти о том, чтобы научиться управлять этими флуктуациями. Один из возможных способов решения этой задачи состоит в использовании малых торсионных импульсов для поляризации квантового вакуума, с тем чтобы затем высвободить энергию его квантовых флуктуации. Парадокс состоит в том, что, хотя теория этих процессов далека от завершения, некоторые энергетические установки этого типа к настоящему времени уже разработаны, запатентованы и успешно испытаны. Одна из таких установок создана в Кишиневе профес­сором Ю.С. Потаповым [106]. Она представляет собой устройство водяной отопительной системы, отличительная особенность кото­рого состоит в том, что циркулирующий в нем поток воды с помо­щью специальных лопаток закручивается в азимутальном направ­лении вдоль движения потока. Установка в разных вариантах по­требляет от 2 до 5 кВт энергии от стандартной электросети, а ее тепловой кпд составляет 120%. Существенно отметить, что извест­ный режим теплового насоса здесь исключен, так как температура окружающего воздуха растет, а не падает. К числу малопонятных эффектов относится тот факт, что ис­пользуемая в установке обычная водопроводная вода не дает ни- каких отложений на внутренних стенках, что является слабым местом стандартных водогрейных устройств. Существенно более эффективный вихревой теплогенератор того же типа изготавливается научно-внедренческим предприяти­ем «Ангстрем» в Твери (директор Р. Мустафаев). Установка по­требляет электроэнергию только для работы двигателя, разгоняю­щего воду по отопительной системе, а ее разогрев осуществляется вследствие квантово-вакуумных эффектов. Отношение тепло­вой энергии к энергопотреблению насоса превышает 150%. Закон сохранения энергии при этом не нарушается, так как это энергоустановка открытого типа. В течение нескольких последних лет предприятие «Ангстрем» изготовило и продало до 100 подоб­ных теплогенераторов, которые успешно эксплуатируются потре­бителями. Торсионная биотехнология
Стационарные и переменные торсионные поля как искусствен­ного, так и фонового происхождения должны оказывать сущест­венное воздействие на протекание биохимических и физиологи­ческих процессов в живых системах. Это воздействие может быть связано с различными факторами — с перестройкой спиновой структуры клеток, с изменением проницаемости мембран, с пере­распределением электрических потенциалов и др. Результаты этого взаимодействия могут носить неоднозначный характер — они могут приводить к неблагоприятным и даже патогенным пос­ледствиям, в особенности в условиях неконтролируемых воздей­ствий, но могут оказывать и благоприятное, стимулирующее вли­яние на процессы жизнедеятельности в тех случаях, когда исполь­зуются апробированные и контролируемые методы торсионной биотехнологии. Нет поэтому сомнений в практической значимос­ти научных исследований проблем функционирования живых систем в торсионных полях, которые должны проводиться с целью получения ясных и научно обоснованных данных в обоих указан­ных направлениях.
Интересно отметить, что первым, кто высказал гипотезу о не­обычных топологических свойствах живых организмов, был ака­демик В.И. Вернадский. Работая в 1930-х годах над книгой «Про­странство и время в неживой и живой природе», он писал: отличие живого вещества в геологической истории планеты от ее косных естественных тел и процессов связано «с особыми свойствами про­странства, занятого телом живых организмов, с особой его геомет­рической структурой… По-видимому, мы имеем дело внутри орга­низмов с пространством, не отвечающим пространству Евклида, а отвечающим одной из форм пространства Римана… Пространство жизни иное, чем пространство косной материи. Я не вижу никаких оснований считать такое допущение противоречащим основам на­шего точного знания» [28].
В 1992-1993 гг. в Институте медицинских проблем Севера (Красноярск) была выполнена большая научно-исследователь­ская работа «Оценка влияния торсионного поля на организм чело­века по изменениям функционального состояния клеток крови и возможности его использования в практической медицине» (ис­полнители исследования сотрудники лаборатории цитологии Г.В. Булыгин и А.А. Савченко). В работе исследовалось влияние торсионного поля на физиологические показатели организма здорового человека и метаболизм клеток периферической крови.
Для проведения исследований использовались биолюмине­сцентные методы определения активности внутриклеточных фер­ментов клеток периферической крови. Установлено, что воздейст­вие торсионного поля вызывает изменения внутриклеточных об­менных процессов, зависящих от индивидуальных особенностей процессов регуляции в организме человека. Выбор в качестве объекта исследования клеток крови объясня­ется тем, что они, во-первых, участвуют во многих адаптационных реакциях организма человека, а во-вторых, являются доступным материалом, позволяющим фиксировать как динамику нейро-гуморальных регуляционных систем организма, так и различные адаптивные изменения на субклеточном уровне, направленные на поддержание гомеостаза.
Приспособительные изменения лимфоцитов, являющихся морфологическим субстратом иммунной системы, позволяют не только оценить субклеточные реакции организма, но и судить о реакции иммунной системы на те или иные внешние воздействия. В качестве исследуемых лиц в эксперименте участвовали 22 практически здоровых добровольца в возрасте 22-44 лет. Ме­тодика проведения экспериментов исключала психогенные влия­ния на их результаты. Были также приняты меры по экранирова­нию электромагнитных нолей. В результате экспериментов установлено, что при 20-минутном воздействии торсионного поля на лобную область испытуемого, находящегося в состоянии покоя в горизонтальном положении, отмечаются изменения в частоте пульса, количестве клеток в пе­риферической крови, в составе их отдельных популяций. Эти ре­акции организма человека носят индивидуальный характер и обу­словлены особенностями нейро-гуморальной регуляции. В соответствии с типом организма наблюдается изменение об­менных процессов в клетках периферической крови. Характер этих изменений отражает усиление напряженности внутриклеточ­ного метаболизма. Воздействие торсионного поля на выделенные из периферической крови лимфоциты в течение одного часа вызы­вает усиление напряженности обменных процессов в клетках, по­вышение взаимной зависимости отдельных метаболических путей, перераспределение субстратов между ними. В 1990 г. во Львовском научно-внедренченском центре «Био­сенсорные нетрадиционные технологии» выполнена инициатив­ная работа по теме «Сравнительные исследования воздействия на природную среду искусственных и естественных источников тор­сионных излучений» (исполнители И.В. Васылив, Е.Р. Косый, Ю.А. Петушков, М.В. Демчук и др.). Цель исследовательской ра­боты состояла в определении научно-технологических предпосы­лок для решения следующего круга практических задач: изменение биохимической структуры физиологических жид­костей и тканей живых организмов; изменение физиологического состояния живых организмов с целью его корректировки; антиэнтропийное воздействие на эколо­гическое состояние окружающей среды; возможность лечения различных болезней, в первую очередь тех, которые трудно поддаются воздействию стандартных меди­цинских методов. В работе обобщен большой эмпирический материал по наблю­дению широкого круга природных явлений, на протекание кото­рых могут оказывать существенное влияние стационарные и пере­менные торсионные поля естественного происхождения. Состав­лен обзор экспериментальных методов, позволяющих выявлять и исследовать эффекты этого типа. Приведем примеры конкретных исследований, выполненных в рамках этой темы.
1. Воздействие торсионного поля на микроорганизмы. Объек­тами исследований служили суточная культура инфузорий, куль­тура молочно-кислых бактерий, культура — b. Subtillis, дрожжевые клетки. В качестве активаторов использовали прямоугольные импульсы торсионного излучения положительной и отрицательной полярности в диапазоне частот 7-9 кГц. В культуре молочно-кислых бактерий спустя 9 ч от начала инкубации обнаружены плотные сгустки молока и сплошной рост культуры во всех пробах. В культурах дрожжей в зависимости от частоты, полярности и формы торсионных импульсов наблюда­лось либо усиление газообразования, либо его полное подавление. В некоторых других случаях существенных изменений не наблю­далось.
2. Воздействие импульсов торсионного излучения в диапазоне частот 8 Гц — 800 кГц на резистентность и физико-химические показатели эритроцитов крови животных. Режим работы с частотой 8 Гц вызвал повышение резистивности эритроцитов. Во всех остальных случаях изменения не выходи­ли за пределы ошибок эксперимента.
3. Подготовлена методика сравнительного воздействия на объ­екты природной среды генераторов торсионных излучений и опытных операторов-сенситивов. Исследование реакции растений на воздействие торсионных излучений выполнено в 1994 г. В.А. Соколовой (Научно-техничес­кий центр венчурных нетрадиционных технологий, Москва) [123]. В качестве показателя воздействия торсионного поля выбрано из­менение относительной дисперсии проводимости растений (клуб­ни картофеля, плоды апельсина, хлопчатник и др.). Использова­лось правое и левое торсионное излучение фиксированной часто­ты. В процессе экспериментов проверялась следующая гипотеза: внутриклеточная и межклеточная жидкость, представляющая собой сложный раствор органических и неорганических веществ, должна проявлять себя не только как электролит, но и как спино­вая система. И следовательно, торсионное воздействие может при­вести к изменению ее спиновой структуры и зарядовых, т.е. электролитических, свойств. Следствием этих воздействий могут стать изменения электромеханических параметров метаболизма, например показателя кислотности рН. Кроме того, чувствитель­ными к торсионным воздействиям могут оказаться и межклеточ­ные мембраны.
При взаимодействии на стебли растений правым торсионным излучением их реакция заключается в росте относительной дис­персии проводимости (ОДП). При облучении корней растений показатель ОДП значительно возрастает.
Была поставлена специальная серия экспериментов по сравне­нию воздействия на хлопчатник излучения торсионного генерато­ра, который устанавливался от растения на расстоянии сначала 4 м, а затем 20 км. При увеличении расстояния в 500 раз наблюдалось уменьшение ОДП на 20-30% для стеблей растений и в 5-10 раз — для корней. Некоторое снижение эффективности воздействия с увеличением расстояния обусловлено скорее всего недостаточной точностью адресности сигнала на больших расстояниях. Одновременно этот опыт служит прямым подтверждением отсутствия уменьшения интенсивности торсионного сигнала с увеличением расстояния. Экспериментальные исследования темы «Торсионные техно­логии живых систем», выполненные в России и на Украине в течение последних 10 лет, позволяют сделать вывод, что существу­ют возможности дистанционного биологического воздействия торсионными излучениями на возбудителей болезней и вредите­лей сельскохозяйственных культур. В результате может быть по­ставлена задача подавления этих возбудителей болезней и вре­дителей, не прибегая к использованию химических препаратов. Недавно группой ученых из Санкт-Петербургского институ­та точной механики и оптики под руководством профессора Г.Н. Дульнева и при участии лаборатории психофизиологии Уни­верситета г. Куопио (Финляндия) проведена серия экспериментов по передаче информационных сигналов от человека (биооператор) к объектам живой и неживой природы. В тщательно поставленных опытах доказана возможность передачи информации на большие расстояния без уловимых затрат энергии [45]. Для того, чтобы проверить правильность предположения о торсионной природе сенсорной феноменологии, за последние пять лет было проведено большое количество экспериментальных исследований. Во-первых, много экспериментов по воздействию генераторов торсионных излучений на различные физические, химические и биологические объекты были дублированы группой сенситивов,— Ю. А. Петушковым, Н. П. и А. В. Баевыми в исследованиях на базе Львовского государственного университета. Во всех случаях их экстрасенсорные воздействия имели устойчивую воспроизводимость и демонстрировали такие же, а часто более сильные эффекты, чем при действии торсионных генераторов. Были проведены исследования воздействия сенситивов и на различные биологические системы. В этих экспериментах также наблюдались устойчивые результаты. Особый интерес представила объективная регистрация воздействия сенситивов на испытуемых по электроэнцефалограмме (ЭЭГ) мозга с картированием мозга по разным ритмам. При этом использовались общепринятые в мировой практике методики и серийная аппаратура картирования мозга по ЭЭГ. Пример регистрируемых изменений по L-ритму с интервалами наблюдений по 20 мин. показал, что корректирующие действия сенситивов в конечном итоге, выражаясь стандартной терминологией,— дают «бабочку», т. е. симметричную картину левого и правого полушария. Вероятно, первой отечественной публикацией по таким исследованиям была работа И. С. Добронравовой и И. Н. Лебедевой (12). Важным моментом этих экспериментов было то, что испытуемый находился в экранированной камере (камере Фарадея), что исключало электромагнитное воздействие сенситивов, если бы оно имело место.
Установленная торсионная природа действия сенситивов привела к моделям спинового стекла, используемым для описания механизмов мозга (13), начиная с ранних работ Литтла и Хопфильда (14). Модель спинового стекла достаточно конструктивна, хотя и обладает известными специалистам недостатками (как и любая модель, а не строгая теория). В первом приближении отвлечемся от макроструктуры мозга и дифференциации его клеток. Будем предполагать, что мозг — это аморфная среда («стекло»), обладающая свободой в динамике спиновых структур. Тогда допустимо предположить, что в результате актов мышления сопутствующие им биохимические процессы порождают молекулярные структуры, которые являются, как спиновые системы, источниками торсионного поля, причем их пространственно-частотная структура адекватно (вероятно, даже тождественно) отражает эти акты мышления.
При наличии внешнего торсионного поля, под его действием в лабильной спиновой системе — мозге, возникают спиновые структуры, которые повторяют пространственно-частотную структуру воздействующего внешнего торсионного поля. Эти возникшие спиновые структуры отражаются как образы или ощущения на уровне сознания, либо как сигналы управления теми или иными физиологическими функциями. Построенная эвристическая модель — лишь ключ к иследованиям. Вне всякого сомнения, результаты таких исследований откроют нам куда более сложную картину. Отметим, что использование модели спинового стекла в опоре на теорию торсионных полей переводит эксперименты с передачей информации по перцептивному каналу — передаче образов от индуктора к перципиенту (15) из области феноменологии в область науки. Теперь пусть на основе модели, но появляется возможность анализировать эти эксперименты на уровне физических процессов, чего не удавалось почти 20 лет (16). В рамках сформулированных представлений можно с физической точки зрения сказать, что такое «биополе». Сначала отметим, что ортодоксальные представители естественных наук при произнесении термина «биополе» или «радиоэстезическое излучение» гордо и безапелляционно говорят, что физика знает четыре взаимодействия,— сильные, слабые, гравитационные и электромагнитные. (Это, конечно, верно, с учетом необходимости добавить «пятую силу» — торсионные взаимодействия.) Они чувствуют себя победителями, когда сторонники существования биополей стыдливо ретируются, как только их просят дать конкретную физическую характеристику биополей. Действительно, как уже отмечалось, в подавляющем большинстве случаев (выразимся столь осторожно), первичными источниками полей являются элементарные частицы, из которых состоят все атомы — общие для живого мира и мира косного. Поэтому, действительно, наука оперирует единой системой полей (взаимодействий) для всей Природы,— не может быть полей только «биологических». Отличие биологического (живого) от «мира минералов» может наблюдаться (существовать) только на уровне системного проявления известных физических полей.
Однако в физике многие десятилетия существует и не вызывает категорических возражений термин «геофизические поля». Под этим подразумевается совокупность известных физических полей, имеющих специфическое сочетание для геофизических сред (объектов). С этих устоявшихся в физике позиций и развитых здесь представлений, справедливо говорить биополях, подразумевая под ними совокупность известных физических полей в специфическом их сочетании для живых объектов. (Такой подход развивал д. т. н.. проф. Г.Н. Дульнев.) А одиозный термин «биополе» (а не биополя) следует заменить на термин «торсионные поля», который адекватно описывает экстрасенсорную (парапсихологическую) феноменологию (17).
Концепция торсионных полей и модели спинового стекла позволяют подойти к решению еще одной проблемы экстрасенсорной феноменологии. Ряд сенситивов утверждают, что они «видят» поля, подобно тому, как на тепловизоре можно видеть тепловое излучение человека. При этом, как утверждают сенситивы, «картинка» возникает в сознании независимо от того, открыты глаза или нет. В рамках развитых представлений «индукции» спиновых состояний в спиновом стекле (мозге) под действием внешнего торсионного поля от какого-либо источника утверждение о «видении» торсионных излучений не кажется бессмысленным. В последние годы было проведено несколько серий разнородных экспериментов для исследования этой проблемы. В частности, сенситивам с «видением» предъявлялись торсионные источники с трехмерной сложной многолучевой диаграммой направленности торсионных излучений. Со стопроцентной достоверностью сенситивы «с видением» рисовали истинную пространственную структуру торсионных излучений. Так же с абсолютной достоверностью сенситивы без движений руками дистантно; а) устанавливали, включен или выключен торсионный генератор; б) устанавливали режим излучения левого или правого торсионного поля; в) рисовали пространственную структуру диаграммы направленности излучения торсионного генератора.
Полезно отметить, что нимб у головы святых на иконах — это торсионное поле, зарисованное по описаниям тех, кто обладает «видениями». Как следовало из работ Абрамса (США), выполненных более 40 лет назад, и что оправдалось в экспериментах уже в наши дни, при обычном фотографировании в видимом и инфракрасном диапазонах на слайдах по спинам эмульсии записывается торсионное поле всех фотографируемых объектов. Если фотографируется человек, то, помимо его внешнего вида, в спиновой структуре эмульсии фиксируется его торсионное поле. Поскольку торсионное поле человека и его торсионное поле на фотографии тождественны, то понятно, что для сенситива с «видением» нет разницы между диагностикой самого человека и диагностикой по его фотографии. В настоящее время принципиально возможна визуализация торсионных полей техническими средствами. In Feng Shui, a certain element corresponds to each direction.The Avatar generator applies the technology of macroscopic quantum teleportation, it was developed and tested by Krasnobryzhev.
The introductory video about this technology is published in YouTube channel. A transmission chip is attached to each face of the pyramid. When playing the sound of a certain frequency a creation of the torsion field sphere occurs; the density of this sphere increases in due course. The torsion field remains the same for some days or even months after switching off the generator. The generator contains a switch on the left or right torsion field. A friend of mine sees this field in a form of the fog directed from a cone of the generator. When the left field is switched on the cone absorbs the energy of space into itself. I believe that the only way to achieve the desired mode of operation of the generator is the creation of a video camera that shows the torsion field on the monitor screen.

GOALS OF THE SEMINAR “TRANSFORMATION OF REALITY”
Our reality has a holographic nature, consisting of multiple dimensions. Dark entities had penetrated into our dimension and reprogrammed the human DNA. As a result of this, the focus of attention had been shifted from the heart chakra to the emotional chakra. COHERENT WATER FROM KOZYREV MIRRORS
Kozyrev mirrors generate coherent field. Righthand or left-hand field depends on the type of the golden ratio spiral, which is being used in the mirror. The mirror is produced from aluminum, which is quantumly untangled from the other parts that it had been cut off from. The chips are the pieces of aluminum cut off from the Kozyrev mirror. They are glued to the bottle of water. This procedure quantumly entangles the water with Kozyrev mirror and the water in bottle becomes coherent. Thus, it is possible to produce two quantumly entangled Kozyrev mirrors, between which there would exist a portal, and it would allow to conduct research of information transfer in Kozyrev space.

In Akimov’s generator, there is a cone installed, which creates a cone-shaped field out of a parallel beam of torsion field. Interference of torsion field emerges in this process, which creates patterns similar to embroidery and Indian yantras. Each embroidery is a certain set of sounds and resonance frequencies, through which Akimov’s torsion generator is modulated.

THE WAVE GENETICS OF UKRAINIAN EMBROIDERY
Tertishny and Gariaev developed a device for readout torsion fields from various substances and photographs of a person, their transformation into sound spin matrices. They did this using a laser and a Fabry-Perot interferometer.
A laser Fabry-Perot interferometer readouts information and transforms it into an optical Denisyuk hologram. This hologram shows the interference of vertical and horizontal polarizations of coherent laser radiation. Then the optical image is transformed into sound. The interference picture of sound and light is formed by patterns that correspond to various Ukrainian embroideries. These patterns are spin torsion modulators of the reality hologram.
The universe has a holographic nature and is based on interference. There is a possibility of influence upon reality using optical and acoustic spin matrices.
The necessary sets of frequencies that attract the desired events are indicated in these matrices. The multiplication table modulo ‘x’ is an interference pattern of a hologram of the Universe.
Different values of ‘x’ show the matrix of reality in different dimensions.
Numbers 12 and 9 are the main interference illustration of our measurement.
With their help, there is a possibility of reality control.

The Ukrainian embroidery in accordance with pattern corresponds to the Chladni patterns. Chladni figures are created in accordance with the sound. Different frequencies correspond to proper patterns. темноте этот экран начинает светиться, если к нему приблизить источник

Чувствительность такого экрана будет тем больше, чем дольше перед этим он облучался Солнцем. Например, после 6-дневного облучения стоило в темноте приблизить к экрану на расстояние нескольких миллиметров ладонь, как на нем появлялся ее светящийся отпечаток.

Девид АйкКогда эта книга уже была написана, мне попалась статья в Интернете, посвященная исследованиям российских ученых в области ДНК. Я был несказанно рад, увидев, что результаты их экспериментов поддерживают основные тезисы этой книги, и представляю вашему вниманию краткое описание их работы, доступное на ряде веб-сайтов. Курсивом выделены мои комментарии.Человеческая ДНК представляет собой биологический Интернет, который во многих аспектах превосходит искусственный компьютерный. Последние научные исследования российских ученых прямо или косвенно объясняют такие явления, как ясновидение, интуиция, спонтанное исцеление и исцеление на расстоянии, самоисцеление, аффирмационнные техники, необычные «световые ауры» вокруг людей (в частности, около «духовных учителей»), влияние разума на погоду и многое другое. Вдобавок, появились предпосылки для возникновения принципиально новой разновидности медицины, в которой ДНК можно будет управлять и перепрограммировать словами и волнами без вырезания и замены отдельных генов [как я предполагал в главе пятой и прочих своих книгах].Только 10 % нашей ДНК используется для обработки протеинов [многие говорят о 3—5 %]. Именно эта часть ДНК представляет интерес для западных исследователей и подвергается изучению и каталогизации. Остальные 90 % считаются «пустой ДНК». Однако российские ученые, убежденные, что природа не настолько глупа, присоединились к лингвистам и генетикам в смелом исследовании по изучению этих 90 % «мусорной ДНК». Его результаты и выводы оказались поистине революционными! В соответствии с ними, наша ДНК не только отвечает за строение нашего тела, но также играет роль банка данных и участвует в коммуникации. ДНК является органическим сверхпроводником, который работает при нормальной температуре тела, в отличие от искусственных сверхпроводников, которым для работы требуются чрезвычайно низкие температуры. Кроме того, все сверхпроводники могут сохранять свет и информацию. Это подробнее объясняет, почему ДНК может хранить информацию. Российские лингвисты обнаружили, что генетический код, особенно в этих кажущихся бесполезными 90 %. следует тем же законам, что и все наши языки. Это касается законов синтаксиса (определяющего порядок соединения слов и строение предложений), семантики (науки о значении, смысле языковых единиц) и основных правил грамматики. Они выяснили, что щелочи в нашей ДНК подчиняются обычной грамматике и постоянным правилам, как и наши языки. Поэтому язык появился не случайно, а как отображение нашей врожденной ДНК [программы].
Российский биофизик и молекулярный биолог Петр Гаряев и его коллеги также изучали колебательноеповедениеД Н К. Вывод был сделан такой: «Живые хромосомы функционируют точно гак же, как солитонно-голографические компьютеры, используя эндогенное лазерное и пучение ДНК». /Солитоны — особый тип световых волн, которые не изменяют своей формы при распространении./Это значит, что им удалось, например, модулировать определенные частотные паттерны в лазерном лучен затем использовать его для изменения частоты ДНК и, тем самым, всей генетической информации. [Этот процессназывается нами «Эволюцией», на что я указывал ранее.) Раз базовая структура щелочных пар ДНК и нашего языка одинакова, то не нужно никакой расшифровки ДНК Можно просто использовать слова и предложения нашего языка! И это тоже было экспериментально доказано! [Это явление зафиксировано на выполненных Масару Эмото фотографиях кристаллов воды, которые были сс/юрмированы после воздействия на них различных слов и вибрационных частот.] Живое вещество ДНК всегда реагирует на воздействие лазерных лучей, модулированных при помощи языка, и даже радиоволн подходящей частоты. Это окончательно и научно объясняет, почему аффирмации, аутогенные тренировки, гипноз и тому подобное могут оказывать такое сильное влияние на человека и его тело. Реакция нашей ДНК на слова и предложения совершенно нормальна и естественна. [ Это компьютерная программа, которую можно переписать посредством ввода данных.] В то время как западные исследователи вырезают отдельные гены из нитей ДНК и вживляют их куда-либо, россияне увлеченно занимаются разработкой устройств, которые могут влиять на клеточный метаболизм посредством соответствующим образом модулированных радио- и световых частот, тем самым исправляя генетические дефекты. Исследовательской группе Гаряева удалось с помощью этого метода доказать, что можно восстановить хромосомы, поврежденные рентгеновским излучением. Ученые даже смогли вылелитьинформационные паттерны одной ДНК и наложить их на другую, тем самым перепрограммировав эти клетки по образу первого генома. Например, они успешно трансформировали эмбрионы лягушки в эмбрионы саламандры, просто облучая их волнами, которые несли информационные паттерны соответствующей другой ДНК! \Иными словами, они переписали программу и изменили — сменили облик!— волновую форму (голограмму).\ При этом информация была передана без всяких побочных эффектов или рассогласований, которые имеют место во время вырезания и вживления отдельных генов ДНК. Это невероятная, переворачивающая наши представ/гения революция и сенсация! Все это было сделано лишь за счет наложения колебаний и языкового воздействия, а не устаревшей процедуры вырезания генов! Этот эксперимент демонстрирует колоссальную мошь волновой генетики, которая, и это очевидно, оказывает большее влияние на формирование организмов, чем биохимические процессы с участием щелочей | на самом деле одно является выражением другого]. Эзотерическим и духовным учителям издавна было известно, что наше тело можно программировать при помощи языка, слов и мысли. Сейчас это научно доказано и объяснено. Разумеется, программирование необходимо выполнять на соответствующей частоте, и именно поэтому не каждому удается постоянно получать одинаково успешные и глубокие результаты. Человек должен работать над своими внутренними процессами и стремиться к целости, чтобы установить сознательную связь с ДН К | сознание может переписывать программу, на что я указывал в этой книге]. Российские ученые разрабатывают метол, независимый от этих факторов, который будет работать всегда, при условии, что вами будет использована верная частота.
Но чем выше развито сознание человека, тем меньше потребность в каком-либо устройстве для перепрограммирования! Каждый может достичь подобных результатов самостоятельно, а наука прекратит наконец осмеивать такие идеи и подтвердит и объяснит их результаты. Современный человек знает это лишь на очень тонком уровне вроде «интуиции» ]знание!\. Но мы можем полностью восстановить их использование. Пример из природы: когда царица муравьев пространственно отделена от своей колонии, строительные работы в муравейнике продолжаются так же энергично и по плану. Однако если царицу убивают, то вся работа в колонии останавливается. Муравьи не знают, что им нужно делать. По-видимому, царица издалека посылает «планы строительства» через коллективное сознание своих подчиненных. Она может удалиться от них настолько, насколько захочет, при условии, что останется живой. | Царица муравьев напоминает «мозг» Матрицы.]
У людей «гиперкоммуникаиия» коммуникация на уровнях, лежащих вне пяти чувств] чаше всего проявляется, когда кто-то внезапно получает доступ к информации, которая находится за рамками его базы знаний. Тогда такая «гиперкоммуникация» ощущается как вдохновение или интуиция \знание). Итальянскому композитору Джузеппе Тартини однажды ночью приснилось, что у его кровати сидит дьявол и играет на скрипке. Следующим утром Тартини смог точно по памяти записать кусок той мелодии; он назвал эту сонату «Дьявольские трели». Годами 42-летнему медбрату снилась ситуация, в которой он подключался к чему-то наподобие компакт-диска с различной информацией. Затем ему передавались разнообразные истинные знания, которые он мог вспоминать утром. Поток информации был настолько объемным, что ночью мужчине передавалась практически целая энциклопедия. Во время гиперкоммуникации можно наблюдать особое явление и в ДНК, и в самом человеке. Российские ученые облучали образцы ДНК лазером. На экране формировался типичный волновой паттерн. Когда образцы были убраны, этот волновой паттерн не исчез, а остался. Множество контрольных опытов показало, что паттерн все еше был образован убранными образцами, энергетическое поле которых, по-видимому, существовало само по себе. Это явление сейчас называется фантомным эффектом ДНК. Феномен, чаше всего имеющий место при гиперкоммуникации, состоит в необъяснимом появлении электромагнитных полей вблизи людей, осуществляющих ее. Электронные устройства вроде плееров доя компакт-дисков могут выйти из строя и не работать в течение нескольких часов. Вакуумные домены предстаатя-ют собой самоизлучающие шарики ионизованного газа, содержащие значительное количество энергии. В России естьрепюны. где такие излучаюшие шарики появляются очень часто, и именно этотфактстал причиной появления исследовательских проектов, которые завершились некоторыми описанными здесь открытиями.Многие «духовные учителя» также создают эти видимые шарики или столбы света, находясь в глубокой медитации или при энергетической работе, и в некоторых местах планеты, отличающихся целительными свойствами, также присутствуют подобные световые эффекты, что зафиксировано на фотографиях. Для того чтобы развить и испытать индивидуальность, мы, люди, были вьшуждены практически полностью оставить гииеркоммуникацию [и бы сказал, что она была намеренно подавлена]. Теперь, достаточно стабилизировав свое индивидуальное сознание, мы можем создать новую форму группового сознания, а именно ту, при которой у нас будет доступ при помоши ДНК ко всей информации, без принуждения или удаленного контроля ее использования. Сейчас нам известно, что. как в Интернете, наша ДНК может передавать свою верную информацию в сеть, может получать данные из сети и может установить контакт с другими участниками этой сети [точь-в-точь как описано в той книге]. Лечение на расстоянии, телепатия или «чувствование на расстоянии» [интуитивное знание] могут быть объяснены этим. Некоторые животные могут, находясь на расстоянии, знать, когда их владельцы планируют вернуться домой. Подобное можно на современном уровне интерпретировать и объяснить посредством концепций группового сознания и гиперкоммуннкации [коммуникационная сеть ДНК].Всякое коллективное сознание не может разумно существовать в течение любого периода времени, не имея отличных друг от друга индивидуальностей. Иначе мы вернемся к примитивному стадному инстинкту, с помощью которого нами будет легко управлять [ что входит в нынешний план иллюминатов в отношении человеческой расы]. UV ENERGY
For close to a century, practitioners have been using near infrared and ultraviolet imaging to prove skin conditions. But what exactly is «infrared» and «ultraviolet imaging»?
Light isn’t merely the light that we can see. Similar to how a dog whistle produces a sound that only dogs can hear, as it is outside of the range of sound that the human ear can hear, light can exist outside of the range of what can be detected by the human eye. The key behind IRUV technology is the ability to use the two kinds of light that exists just outside of what our eyes can detect: infrared and ultraviolet light.
Visible light is the kind of light that our eyes can detect, hence «visible» light. It covers the colors of light we can detect: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.
Infrared light, the spectrum of energy located just past the red portion of visible light, shows a world unseen to the naked eye. This longer wave energy can penetrate the skin more easily than visible light, making substructures in the skin visible. Near infrared vision will reveal veins, scars, some types of injuries and many other abnormalities that are undetectable by the naked eye. Ultraviolet light, which exists right after the violet portion of visible light, is extensively used to see skin-conditions. UV energy can show molds by fluorescence. The combination of the two spectrums multiplies the viewer’s ability to perceive conditions not visible by either IR or UV alone.

In 2000 -2001 G. G. Club “Dia-Elite” of the Russian Diabetic Association (RDA) organized the President’s plan RDA M. Bogomolov, performing the first successful experiments on distant tissue transplantation of a healthy pancreas in rats with experimental diabetes mellitus. The group of rats called diabetes. In another place he revealed a healthy newborn rats were removed, the pancreatic tissue. Then, using special laser and broadband radipole formed in the device called the localizer photons, information from healthy tissues transferred on the sick rats. Patients rats was observed a significant decrease of blood sugar levels and increased survival compared to the control group. Bacteria, in addition to the material cell structure, have an individual field structure. This structure forms and determines the cycle of bacterial functioning. It was shown that 41-43% of vancomycin-resistant strains of bacteria Enterococcus hirae ATCC 51575 acquired sensitivity to vancomycin and killing them after laser irradiation field structure vancomycin-sensitive strain of bacteria Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541. At the same time, laser irradiation vancomycin-resistant bacterial strain Enterococcus hirae ATCC 51575 without a donor did not lead to their death, as well as in the control group.
Besides, there is an individual field structure. This structure forms and determines a cycle of bacteria functioning. It was shown that 41-43% steady to vancomicin bacteria (strain Enterococcus hirae ATCC 51575) had got sensitivity to vancomicin and died after laser irradiation with field structure of sensitive to vancomicin bacteria (strain Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541). At the same time laser irradiation of steady to vancomicin bacteria (strain Enterococcus hirae ATCC 51575) without donor had not led to their destruction, also as well as in control group.

ODUCTION
Bacteria, in addition to material cellular structure, have individual field structure [1, 2, 3, 4]. This structure creates and defines a cycle of functioning of bacteria. At exogenous field influence change of functioning of bacteria is possible. For effective impact on a specific species of bacteria the electromagnetic field of external influence has to be analogous in the majority of parameters to an internal field of bacteria the Research objective: using the laser scanner, to estimate transfer of sensitivity to Vancomycinum from a strain of Enterococcus hirae (ATCC 10541) sensitive to Vancomycinum, on the strain of Enterococcus hirae (ATCC 51575) steady against Vancomycinum; to confirm that the revealed changes in a strain, steady against Vancomycinum, demand presence at laser equipment of the donor (a strain of Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541 sensitive to Vancomycinum).
MATERIALS AND METHODS For reading and transfer of field structure of bacteria used two-mode the helio-neon laser TE-3 scanner. A laser beam, passing through an electromagnetic field of bacteria, it is modulated by its field structure. This modulation is expressed in change of frequency amplitude characteristic of a laser beam. The modulated by a frequency and amplitude component of the field of bacteria, laser beam gets on similar bacteria where it is detected, partially altering their field structure and functioning. As the recipient used Enterococcus hirae ATCC 51575 (a strain, steady against Vancomycinum), as the donor – Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541 (a strain, sensitive to Vancomycinum).
PREPARATION OF CULTURES OF MICROORGANISMS
Previously both strains of bacteria tested for confirmation of their resistance / sensitivity to Vancomycinum. For this purpose cultures of cells applied with strips on Petri dishes with a medium (agar) and placed on an agar surface disks with Vancomycinum (5 mkg). Then Petri dishes placed in the thermostat for 24-48 hours at a temperature of 30-35 °C and analyzed zones of suppression of growth of microorganisms. On Petri dishes with a sensitive strain the pure zone of suppression of growth was formed (~ 3,8 mm from a disk), on Petri dishes with a resistant strain the muddy zone of suppression of growth was formed (~ 0,8 mm from a disk) that confirmed a phenotype of microorganisms.
EXPERIMENT
The strain of Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541, sensitive to Vancomycinum, was besieged centrifuging at 1500 rpm, then deleted a supernatant, placed a deposit on glass integumentary glass and covered from above with the second glass integumentary glass. The package from two glasses of a deposit of a strain of Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541, sensitive to Vancomycinum, was used as the donor in laser equipment. The recipient (a strain of Enterococcus hirae ATSS, steady against Vancomycinum) 51575 applied on 6 Petri dishes with an agar on 1 drop with a diameter from 2 to 3 mm. In 2 Petri dishes (1 and 1a) the recipient processed the laser beam which passed through integumentary glasses with the donor (fig. 1); in 2 Petri dishes (2 and 2a) the recipient processed the laser beam which passed through empty integumentary glasses. 2 more Petri dishes with culture of the recipient (3 and 3a) isolated in the boxing shielded by metal in the certain room and used as the control which was not affected by the laser. Right after experiment from each Petri dish selected portions of the processed cells of culture of the recipient which placed in bottles from 8 ml of a medium (broth), and tests incubated in the thermostat night at a temperature of 30-35 °C. Each bottle with broth was marked the corresponding code of a cup.
RESULTS
In control samples (2, 2a, 3 and 3a) average concentration of cells in 4 hours made 9,38. 108 cells/ml whereas in the samples subjected to influence of the modulated Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541 (1, 1a) (a strain, sensitive to Vancomycinum) a laser beam average concentration of cells made 4,127. 108 cells/ml. The difference of concentration of cells made 44% that convincingly proves influence of the postponed properties of a strain of bacteria, sensitive to Vancomycinum, on insensitive.
TURBIDIMETRIC ANALYSIS
For the purpose of verification of the obtained data, the method of agar cups was adapted for determination of compliance of density of cells of optical density at 530 nanometers. Cultures of cells at which spectral absorptive power made 0,075/0,092(1 and 1a) and from 0,382 to 0,420 (2, 2a, 3, 3a) parted with broth to degree 10-6. On 1 ml of each cultivation mixed with a tripsinovy soy agar, dried up, 48-72 hours at 30-35 °C incubated and read out quantity of colonies. Solution Vancomycinum-HCl prepared from a standard Vancomycinum-HCl, United States Pharmacopeia (USP) containing 100 mkg / a bottle, parting it 10 ml of sterile treated water that gave final concentration of 10,050 mkg/ml. This solution was dissolved with sterile treated water to concentration of 1 mkg/ml in day of research. Using the spectrophotometer, each culture in broth was standardized on density of cells. In pilot and control samples in the test tubes containing 9 ml of broth and 1 ml of solution Vancomycinum – HCl (10 mkg/ml), brought 0,25 ml of the corresponding standardized cultures of microorganisms of the recipient and incubated in a water bath 4 hours at 37 °C. Results are provided to tab. 1. Thus, it was confirmed that 43% (r <0,001) bacteria of a strain of Enterococcus hirae ATCC 51575, steady against Vancomycinum (1 and 1a) gained sensitivity to Vancomycinum and died after a laser exposure their field structure of a strain of bacteria of Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10541, sensitive to Vancomycinum. At the same time, the laser exposure of bacteria of a strain of Enterococcus hirae ATCC 51575, steady against Vancomycinum (2 and 2a) without donor did not lead to their death, as well as in control research (3 and 3a).

CONCLUSIONS
1. 10541 frequency and amplitude components of their field structure scanned by the laser the TE-3 scanner from a strain of bacteria of Enterococcus hirae ATSS, sensitive to Vancomycinum, led of 43% of bacteria of a strain of Enterococcus hirae ATCC 51575, steady against Vancomycinum, to death.
2. The laser exposure without donor of bacteria of a strain of Enterococcus hirae ATCC 51575, steady against Vancomycinum, did not lead to their death.

The results of experiments on the treatment of diabetes mellitus in rats by their irradiation with radio waves modulated by electromagnetic radiation of biostructures by means of a laser are presented. Considered sources of electromagnetic radiation of biostructures are high-frequency mitogenetic radiation and low-frequency radiation caused by changes in the permeability of cell membranes. It is shown that mitogenetic radiation can not provide the resulting therapeutic effect. Hypotheses are proposed about the source of radiation, which provides a therapeutic effect, and on the mechanism of modulation of radio waves by radiation of biostructures. Introduction In [2] and [8], treatment of alloxan diabetes mellitus in rats with the help of broadband electromagnetic radiation (SHEI) acting on the pancreas in the range of medium radio waves modulated by electromagnetic radiation of biostructures is described. Two sources of electromagnetic radiation of biostructures are known: · high-frequency radiation of chromosomes in the ultraviolet region of the light spectrum (the so-called mitogenetic radiation); Low-frequency electromagnetic radiation with frequencies less than 1000 cps, which is due to changes in the permeability of cell membranes. There are hypotheses about a radiation source that provides a therapeutic effect when acting on the pancreas of the SHI, electromagnetic-modulated biostructures, and the mechanism of modulation of radio waves by this radiation.
2. Mitogenic radiation
The effect of mitogenic radiation is in detail described in work [3]. Mitogenic radiation is the ultraviolet light arising at exothermic chemical reactions. This radiation was revealed A.G. Gurvich prieksperiment with onions backs. Actively sharing onions back tip cells at distance of 2 – 3 mm initiated a mitosis (cell fission) in tissue of another, the onions back which are chemically isolated from it. Follows from A.G. Gurvich’s experiments, h that information signal is transmitted by means of the low-strong radiation having weak absorption in quartz, strong in glass, good reflection from a specular metallic surface. The range of this radiation which is in the range of lengths of waves 1800 – 2500 angstrom (ultra-violet area of a light range) manages to be received by means of a quartz prism and the biological radiation detector (see below). This range is different for different types of organisms and for different types of cells of a specific organism. A source of mitogentichesky radiation in these experiments was DNA of chromosomes of a kernel of a cell, however mitogenic radiation is observed also in different enzymatic reactions out of a live organism. So, for example, this radiation arises at addition to solution of nucleic acid of enzyme of a phosphobasin. Absolutely identical radiation spectrum arises also when splitting lecithin. Two types of nucleic acids are known: deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) which contains genetic information in chromosomes, and ribonucleic acid (RNA) which participates in synthesis of proteins. Mitogenic radiation of living cell is caused by chemical reactions of DNA. Mitogenic radiation is observed also at reactions between some non-organic substances. Intensity of mitogenic radiation it is insignificant it is small (about several thousand photons a second on 1 sq. cm) therefore detection and spectrum analysis of this radiation is accompanied by considerable difficulties. The technique of detection of an ultraviolet by physical methods at its sufficient intensity is quite simple, however for mitogenic radiation because of its insignificant intensity this technique cannot be used. Photographic plates even of the highest sensitivity are unsuitable. There is only a method of the counter of photons which, however, is suitable only for the strongest and long sources of mitogenic radiation. For researches of the biological sources of radiation demanding fast work (short-term radiation burst, a spectral analysis, etc.) the only methods of detection of mitogenic radiation are biological detectors. As the biological detector the culture of yeast on an agar is used generally. At radiation by mitogenic radiation intensity of cell fission of yeast which is found by means of a microscope by the visual calculation demanding considerable skill of the operator increases. Living cell can with a certain probability begin to share also without any external influence, however radiation by mitogentichesky radiation sharply increases probability of its division. At the same time the irradiated cell for some time itself becomes a source of secondary radiation which influences the next cells. Short-term secondary radiation arises also at other external impacts on a cell (shock chilling, centrifuging, a transmission of small direct or variable electric current, radiation by a laser beam). A.V. Budagovsky offered a hypothesis that the radiation of DNA of chromosomes is the hologram which contains information on an organism in general. This hypothesis was confirmed with experiment with tyloses of fruit plants [1]. A tylosis – a fabric new growth at plants on a wound surface. Cells of a tylosis are similar to stem cells of an animal organism – they can be differentiated in any cell of a plant. The tylosis looks the translucent mass of irregularly sharing cells which, in the absence of control signals, seldom pass to a differentiation. In the course of experiment more than 1000 identical tyloses received from klonalno the multiplied fabrics of cherry and cultivated in strictly identical conditions were separated into 4 groups. In the first (control) group tyloses were not exposed to any influences. In the second group tyloses were irradiated with a helium-neon laser beam. In the third group tyloses were also irradiated with a laser beam, but before a tylosis the inductor – escape of cherry of the same grade was installed. In the fourth group radiation of a tylosis was made according to the scheme of record of the volume hologram offered by Yu.N. Denisyuk [4]. At the same time the tylosis was placed between the laser and a plant – the inductor. The laser beam dissipated on an inductor surface. Between the laser and the inductor there was a zone of standing waves which are formed as a result of an interference of the reference light wave radiated by the laser with light waves which are reflected by the inductor in the direction of the laser. In this zone there was a translucent tylosis. The waves reflected from the inductor bear information on structure of the inductor in a phase form. As a result of an interference of these waves with reference wave phase information turns in amplitude which can be recorded by the photosensitive environment. In this case such environment is tylosis fabric. The part of cells of a tylosis appears in puchnost of standing waves. According to A.V. Budagovsky’s hypothesis, in these cells the centers of a new growth of the differentiated fabrics are created. The result of experiment was the following: the number of escapes of cherry in control group made 3,6 ± 2%, in the second and third groups – 8,3 ± 5,6%, and in the fourth group (holographic information transfer) – 26,1 ± 9,2%. Thus, experiment confirmed a hypothesis of holographic structure of radiation of DNA.
3. The low-frequency electromagnetic radiation caused by changes of permeability of cellular membranes
Low-frequency electromagnetic radiation of living cells is in details described in works [5], [7]. Many living cells are peculiar electrochemical generators. These generators actually represent flows of the ions moving under the influence of chemical concentration gradients. They create low-frequency (with frequencies from hertz shares to 1 kHz) the electromagnetic field reflecting functioning of appropriate authorities of an organism. The electric component of this field in the form of records of the electric potential changing in time widely is used in electrophysiologic issledovany and in diagnosty diseases of the person (an eletrokardiografiya, an electroencephalography i.t.p.) . Studying of a magnetic component of low-frequency electromagnetic radiation of living cells requires the special highly sensitive equipment – a squid magnetometers – and high-quality shielding of the room from external electromagnetic fields. For ensuring high sensitivity a squid magnetometers sensing devices of these devices are cooled with liquid helium for the purpose of use of effect of superconductivity. The internal space of each cell filled with intracellular substance is separated from the extracellular liquid surrounding a cell by a membrane which has different permeability for ions of the different types which are present in and out of a cell. Ion concentrations in intracellular substance and in extracellular liquid strongly differ. Especially it belongs to ions of sodium, potassium, chlorine and organic anions. For example, in steady-state conditions in muscles and nerves of mammals ion concentration of potassium in a cell is tens times higher, than outside, and ion concentration of sodium and chlorine, on the contrary, significantly higher outside. Under the influence of concentration gradients ions move through a membrane, overcoming its resistance. These flows of ions arising under the influence of not electric forces form electric currents which are primary bioelectric generator generating both a bioelectric, and biomagnetic field. The cellular membrane possesses most high-permeability for potassium ions. When they begin to follow from a cell, between internal and outside surfaces of a membrane the potential difference interfering their effluence is formed. At a certain value of this transmembrane potential the effluence of potassium ions from a cell stops. The corresponding transmembrane potential of rest usually matters about 90 mV. Cellular membranes change the permeability for different ions under the influence of the different stimulating influences (electric current, chemical influence, electromagnetic radiation, etc.) . If the size of the stimulating influence exceeds some threshold value, there is a jump of membrane permeability and there is an excitation impulse – fast changing of transmembrane potential then throughout certain time as a result of complex oscillatory processes of change of ionic pronitsayemost rest potential is recovered. These oscillatory processes are strictly individual for different organisms and for different types of cells of a specific organism. They depend also on a condition of a cell. Pulse change of transmembrane potential is called action potential. Amplitude of action potential can reach several tens millivolts. Action potential is followed by fluctuations of amplitude of membrane current and generation of the corresponding electromagnetic field. Power of the electromagnetic radiation caused by izmneniye of permeability of cellular membranes is incomparable is insignificant the low power of mitogenic radiation above. If between intracellular areas of the next cells there are contacts with small resistance, then through these contacts the stimulating action of membrane current extends to the next cells, leading to coverage process by excitation of all fabric. Such mechanism of transfer of excitation operates in a myocardium. At synoptic type of connection between cells (for example, in nervous tissue) in a synapse zone the excited cell influences a membrane of the next cell chemicals (mediators), causing development in this cell of action potential by selective to change – a niya of permeability of its membrane for different ions. Can affect the next cells and generated it is excited – ache a cell an electromagnetic field. In fabric of sense organs receptor cells can be excited and generate poten-
tsiat actions under the influence of pressure, light and other incentives.
4. Treatment of an alloksanovy diabetes mellitus at rats by means of broadband electromagnetic radiation
In YIP RAHN G.G. Tertyshny developed the device for direct transfer of mitogenic radiation of living cell from the donor to the recipient by means of a laser beam. This device consists of the 2 MW helium-neon laser with automatic thermofrequency fixing of radiation and the optical block. The laser has the radiation modes two combined, orthogonally polarized. The system of thermofrequency fixing of laser emission provides equalizing of radiant powers in these modes. The optical block consists of two translucent mirrors, the translucent biological object located between these mirrors – the donor and the justified device. Behind the optical block the biological object – the recipient is located. The donor and the recipient are located on an optical axis of a laser beam. Having passed through object – the donor, the laser beam is repeatedly reflected by translucent mirrors of the optical block, forming system of standing waves between these mirrors. In zones of puchnost of these waves there is a modulation of a laser beam the electromagnetic radiation of cells of biological object – the donor. Part of the laser beam modulated thus, passing through a translucent mirror, irradiates biological object – the recipient. By means of the justified device partial retroreflection of a beam in the laser cavity is provided. In the course of researches on plants it became clear that if between the optical block and the recipient to establish an opaque valve, then the recipient continues to be irradiated with the radiation of the donor. This results from the fact that along with biological information which is transferred directly by a laser beam the laser generates the broadband electromagnetic radiation (BER) in the frequency range of 50 kHz – 2 MHz (range of medium radio waves). It turned out that these radio waves are modulated by biological information which affects live organisms too. Experiments on use of this information for treatment of an alloksanovy diabetes mellitus at rats [2], [8] were made. The diabetes mellitus was caused by an injection of solution of an alloksan with concentration of 200 mg/kg of weight of an animal. All rats from control group died for the 4th day after this injection because of development of a diabetes mellitus. Uroven of glucose in blood of these rats exceeded 30 mmol/l. Rats of experimental group with the day before yesterday after an injection of an alloksan were irradiated with ShEI received as a result of passing of a laser beam through svezhevydelenny drugs of a pancreas and spleen of a newborn rat. 80% of animals from this group after influence of ShEI had a reliable decrease in level of glucose in blood. These rats recovered. 20% of rats died against the expressed hyperglycemia on the 6th and 7-esutka after an injection of an alloksan. At histologic research of a pancreas of the dead of animals of control group reduction of number and the sizes of islands of Langermans, falloff of quantity of the b-cells producing insulin in these islands is revealed. At the same research of a pancreas of rats of experimental group who were subjected to euthanasia in 1,5 months after an injection of an alloksan activation of regeneration processes in a pancreas is found. Glucose level in blood at these animals made less than 10 mmol/l.
5. Researches of influence of the radio waves modulated by the radiation of healthy cells of a pancreas, on patients with a diabetes mellitus of rats, the surgeries of the Russian Academy of Medical Science which are carried out in the Russian scientific center
In the Russian scientific center of surgery of the Russian Academy of Medical Science researches of influence on patients with a diabetes mellitus of adult rats of the radio waves modulated by information on normally functioning cells of a pancreas of 10 – 14 day infant rats were conducted. The diabetes mellitus model at rats was created by intraperitoneal administration of solution of an alloksan. Originally to six 3-month-old males of rats of population of VISTAR, weighing from 285 to 310 g, solution of an alloksan was intraperitoneally entered by concentration of 200 mg/kg of weight. At all animals for the second day concentration of glucose in blood increased and on 3 – the 4th days all experimental rats died against incredible concentration of glucose in blood. Then other party from ten males of rats of population of VISTAR solution of an alloksan with the same concentration was also entered and in 3 hours their radiation was begun with the radio waves modulated by information on normally functioning cells of a pancreas and spleen of 10 – 14 day infant rats. For this purpose the pancreas and a spleen were withdrawn from previously lulled infant rats. Drugs of these bodies was located on microscope slide (fig. 1).

Microscope slide with drug was located in the optical block located in front of the helium-neon laser with automatic thermofrequency fixing of the radiation (fig. 2). Drug was on an optical axis of a laser beam. Longevity of the made drug does not exceed 8 – 10 minutes therefore each drug was used for radiation for only 5 minutes. In the course of each session of radiation were used gland and a spleen of four infant rats. At the same time the general radiation time of rats with use of drug of each of these bodies throughout a session of radiation made 5*4 = 20 minutes. In total 2 sessions of radiation were held. As a result of radiation concentration of glucose in blood of all rats was stabilized in the range of 6 – 7,5 mmol/l, any rat did not die. In 7 days all rats were destroyed for studying of internals. Results of research are presented on fig. 3.
Thus, the effect of scanning by the helium-neon laser of information on normally functioning cells of a pancreas and spleen of 10 – 14 day infant rats and transfers of this information a sick diabetes mellitus was visually shown to adult rats by means of the radio waves modulated by this information. It should be noted that in the majority of the Russian vivariums purity of the VISTAR line is lost therefore instead of the term “VISTAR line” the term “VISTAR population” is used. At the same time essential dispersion of the parameters characterizing a condition of rats therefore confirmation of the gained effect by carrying out a series of similar experiments, and also studying and exarticulation of a useful signal is planned further is observed. Independently there is a problem of record and reproduction of a useful signal, a soderzhashchegoinformation about normal functioning of cells of a pancreas and spleen, for the purpose of repeated use of this signal.
6. The electromagnetic radiation of biostructures providing modulation of radio waves, and a role of strata in this modulation (hypothesis)
In the analysis of the stated above results of pilot studies there are following questions. · What source of electromagnetic radiation of biostructures provides modulation of the radio waves generated by the laser – the high-frequency mitogenic radiation of DNA of chromosomes or low-frequency electromagnetic radiation caused by changes of permeability of cellular membranes? · As there is a modulation of a laser beam radiation bio – structures? · How there is a generation of radio waves the laser? High frequency of mitogenic radiation (ultra-violet area of a light range) cannot get through fabrics of a live organism to a pancreas. Besides, it is insignificant the low power of the mitogenic radiation found only by biological detectors and counters of photons, does almost improbable a possibility of modulation by this radiation of a laser beam. Frequency of the electromagnetic radiation caused by changes of permeability of cellular membranes does not exceed 1000 Hz. The radio waves modulated by such radiation with a carrier frequency in the range of 50 kHz – 2 MHz freely get through fabrics of a live organism. Power of this radiation it is incomparable higher than the power of mitogenic radiation, its electric component effectively is registered the existing standard medical equipment. Thus, a source of electromagnetic radiation of biostructures which provides modulation of the radio waves generated by the laser, can be only the low-frequency electromagnetic radiation caused by changes of permeability of cellular membranes. Under certain conditions in a laser tube spontaneously there are plasma self-oscillations which received the name of strata [6]. Usually presence of strata at a laser beam is considered as the undesirable phenomenon, and try to get rid of them, but it works well not always. Frequency of strata happens different. Frequency of 50 kHz – 2 MHz can be frequencies of strata. There is no generator with such frequency in the scheme of the helium-neon laser used by us. If in plasma of the laser there are strata, then they are present at its beam which passes through pancreas drug. It is possible to assume that at the same time there is amplitude modulation of strata the low-frequency electromagnetic radiation of b-cells of this gland which is caused by changes of permeability of cellular membranes. The modulated beam is partially reflected back in the laser cavity. It is known that self-oscillations of plasma are a source of electromagnetic radiation with the same frequency [9]. At the same time the tube of the laser can be considered as the vibrator radiating radio waves with the carrier frequency equal to the frequency of strata which is modulated by biological information. Check of the offered hypotheses of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation of cells of a pancreas which provides treatment of an alloksanovy diabetes mellitus at rats about the mechanism of generation of radio waves by the laser and about the mechanism of modulation of these radio waves the radiation of cells requires a pilot study.

Abstract: Results of the experiments on treating diabetes of rats by irradiating them by radiowaves modulated by the electromagnetic radiation of the biological structures with the use of laser were presented. Consideration was given to the existing sources of the electromagnetic radiation of the biological structures such as the highfrequency mitogenetic radiation and low-frequency radiation caused by the variations in permeability of the cell membranes. It was demonstrated that the mitogenetic radiation cannot provide the obtained medicinal effect. Hypotheses were proposed about the source of radiation providing the medicinal effect and the mechanism of radiowave modulation by radiation of the biological structures. Names of the project. a) Short name of the project: “Holographic management in biological systems for the purpose of stimulation of development of the stem cells necessary for recovery regeneration and rejuvenation of a human body”.
1. The unrolled name of the project: “A laser hologram technique of reading, forming and broadcast of managing donor and biogenous information for improvement of a state * “sick and/or old cells” of the recipient”.
It happens due to perception the recipient of this information, storing and long-term endogenous and exogenous reconstruction of holographic structural and dynamic images of cells of the donor by simultaneous stimulation of development of own stem cells, to the subsequent their broadcasting in a zone of sick bodies and tissues of the recipient for their regeneration.
2. a) Justification (short) scientific pilot project.
Due to the progress in development of dynamic polarizing holography and developed by us in the way and the structure of information polarizing and holographic management of a condition of sick cells of the recipient without geometrical and their large-scale distortion. It occurs by means of broadcast of holographic managing information from the donor to the recipient in a distant zone and due to simultaneous additional stimulation of development of stem cells for their use in the course of regeneration. We experimentally checked a possibility of perception the recipient of biogenous related information, as allowed to manage a condition of biosystems, up to complete regeneration and rejuvenescence of bodies and fabrics, in the presence of a possibility of a right choice of cells “related – healthy” * the donor, and also optimum managing exposure in the favorable mode of functioning of the laser and holographic device.
b) Justification of the unrolled scientific pilot project.
The new method of forming and broadcast of information from the donor to the recipient and perceptions is offered them to biogenous information for management of processes of life activity in biosystems. The mathematical model of polarizing and dynamic processes of management of biological objects by means of polarizing and laser holographing is given. In the project theoretical bases of broadcast of polarizing and dynamic information are briefly stated and the way implementing it and the device for implementation of holographic management in biological systems is discussed. Some results of use of holographic information and laser transformation for reading and broadcast of dynamic holographic memory of own healthy cells from the donor are given to sick cells of the recipient, and also simultaneous information and holographic stimulation of development of own stem cells by an organism for their further use in processes of regeneration of bodies and tissues of the person. The essence of a technique of information and holographic stimulation of stem cells consists in allocation of own organism of insignificant quantity of own, healthy stem cells and placement them in our polarizing and holographic installation in quality of an additional donor stimulator.
The term “holography” comes from two Greek words holos – everything, full and … a grafiya – the image, and designates the full volume image of object. At a phase (transparent) structure of golografiruyemy object on all space full and its detailed image turns out. For the first time the method of holographing is offered by D. Gabor in 1948 and significantly added by domestic scientists. The traditional method is based on an interference of coherent radiation of any nature. For example, on a photographic plate along with the “alarm” wave disseminated by object send to an object bypass a “basic” or reference wave from the same light source. The picture arising at an interference of these waves containing the complete information about object is fixed on a photosensitive surface. It is called the hologram. At radiation of the hologram or its site reference wave it is possible to see the volume image of all object. The holography is widely used in physics and different areas of equipment (in particular, for recognition of images and coding of information), in acoustics (for detection of internal defects in responsible metal designs of nuclear power plants), etc. The holography has big perspectives during creation of volume cinema and television [1]. This work (as well as some other [2-15, 24]) is continuation of researches on implementation of a hypothesis of holographic properties of biosystems and about a possibility of holographic management of a condition of cells of these systems. We understand change of internal state and structure of cells as a result of managing light, acoustic or electromagnetic influences as holographic management.
At management of biological systems transfer of holographic information from the donor to the recipient is made. During laser and holographic experimental works on plants in 1997 the phenomenon of holographic broadcast of information from the donor to the recipient was revealed [9-15, 23]. The essence of this phenomenon consists in passing of laser radiation through translucent biological cells of the donor which modulate this radiation own polarizing and phase hologram. For steady and distortionless storing in a beam flow of the read-out information the method of vibration-proof polarizing dynamic transformation and the device (sensor converter) was developed for its implementation. In a physical basis of such converter the principle of excess coding of each amplitude-phase disseminating object point in the form of polarizing rings to similar Newton’s fringes is underlain.
In experiments vibration-proof transfer of incoherent holographic information from the donor to the recipient was made. At rather long and purposeful okolorezonansny exhibiting of the recipient there was a phenomenon of holographic management of a condition of cells of the recipient by means of the broadcast information proceeding from the donor and from a donor stimulator of stem cells.
. As a result the condition of cells of the recipient improved, approaching the normal state characteristic of cells of the young and healthy donor.
It is explained by the following reasons. First, it turned out that the main pool of holographic information is not only in amplitude-frequency and phase shift keyings, but also in polarizing and dynamic modulations of corners of Euler. It can be explained with the fact that after reflection and dispersion of a laser beam from each point of the donor arise light a cone of the passing stray radiation in which the orthogonal circular polarization proceeding from the laser will be transformed to its space and conic distribution. At interaction of stray radiation of light cones with the polarizing reference wave synthesized by a sensor converter (a special polarizing quasilens) there are space distributed polarizing rings reminding Newton’s fringes. If living cells, then they are mobile. However, synthesizable polarizing rings, are practically not mobile from each other and concerning the chosen beginning of coordinates chosen in space in which there is a donor object. It happens because of relative coherence information (basic and alarm) points of the donor among themselves. Variable corners of Euler are caused by the space angular microscopic fluctuations of points of the donor corresponding to a dynamic condition of cells of live biological object. These variable corners represent corners between straight lines, tangent to polarizing rings, and coordinate in which points of the donor are considered.

Secondly, it was possible to transfer managing polarizing and holographic information from the donor to a distant zone where the recipient was located. The distant zone, as usual, is understood as the distance considerably exceeding the wavelength of the laser probing signal playing a role of a carrier signal. For implementation of process of holographic management the above-mentioned special polarizing quasilens was also developed and made.
Thirdly, the problem of dynamic stability of managing polarizing holograms was solved that appeared especially important for work with live biological organisms. It means that at any micromovements of internal or external structures of the donor or recipient, and also a laser beam (for example, because of seismic mobility of the base on which the laser is installed) concerning cells of the donor, there is the same system of the polarizing rings directed to cells of the recipient.
Fourthly, at holographic polarizing coding and broadcast of managing volume information it was succeeded to solve a problem of preservation of genetic redundancy. This redundancy is understood here in the sense that it is connected with direct and return Fourier transformation which consists, first, in forming and registration of the polarizing managing rings proceeding from each point of the donor and, secondly, in their return Fourier transformation which symmetrically broadcasts these points on the recipient. Direct Fourier transformation gives system of polarizing rings for each point of cells of the donor, and the return – will transform these rings to points similar to points of the donor, but transferred to a distant zone on the recipient. As a result redundancy is provided that when passing through a quasilens, each cellular structure of the donor is transformed to set of volume polarizing cones of standing light wave of intensity. In case of partial deleting or vibration degradation of above-mentioned managing rings which correspond to some point of the donor the rest of rings is sufficient for the correct forming of the corresponding point of the donor.
In it the main differences and advantages of a way and the structure of holographic management of a condition of cells of biological systems consist. At the expense of the above-stated decisions polarizing and dynamic holographic broadcast of managing information without its geometrical and large-scale distortion was received. It also allowed to solve, unresolved so far, a problem of holographic polarizing management of a condition of bodies and fabrics at examinees of animals.
The way and the device are repeatedly checked by us experimentally, as on plants, bacteria, and for fatally sick animals who are in a coma. Rats like Vistar were cured by us of the induced diabetes mellitus (alaksanovy model).

BASICS OF FUNCTIONING OF THE IVA DEVICE
The scientific group “Ocean of Creation” directed by Viktor Vergun had developed several types of IVA devices for different purposes. The first device is called IVA 1 (“the Hologram”). While working with the device, human energy fields are being equalized. If there is a surplus of energy, it starts shrinking to the norm. In the case of lack of energy, it rises up to the norm. This type of device works towards human’s adaptation in the social environment.
The permanent use of this device invokes the events which change the person’s character and brings his/her relationships with other persons into harmony. After the character of a person has been changed, the reasons which bring about the rise of diseases disappear, and a constant harmonization of health is taking place. The schedule of device’s application and the length of its’ use are individual. More specific information is given to the person after the purchasing of the device.
After the point of harmonization of relationships with the social environment has been reached, one should stop using the device and apply it only in the case of necessity. One of the variants of using the IVA device may be its’ application in certain time frames, when the meridians of the sore organs are active, in order to balance the five elements in the organism and in life.
Each organ is connected with specific energies and events and by using this kind of method it is possible to calculate the time of application and attract the events related to the necessary topic.

8.1 ВАКУУМНЫЕ ДОМЕНЫ = “ЕДИНИЦЫ СОЗНАНИЯ”
В предыдущей главе мы показывали, что энергия эфира может появляться в физической реальности посредством того, что мы назвали “вакуумным доменом” или ВД. Обычно он принимает форму светящейся вращающейся сферы света, с дырой, проходящей через центр, что делает его похожим на яблоко, бублик или внутренность апельсина.
Техническое название этой формы – “сферический тор”. Как только создается ВД, можно производить эффекты антигравитации и “свободной энергии”. ВД открывает ворота для сильно сжатой эфирной энергии, позволяя ей втекать в наш физический мир, что во многом напоминает отверстие в боковой стенке бака с водой, вынуждающее воду выливаться через него.
Гравитационные волны, обычно давящие на землю, поглощаются и превращаются в электромагнетизм и видимый свет внутри объектов. Многочисленные наблюдения аномальных явлений в литосфере, атмосфере, ионосфере Земли и в свободном пространстве на пленке космического Челнока NASA подтверждают существование ВД как осязаемой реальности.
Профессор Джон Серл воспользовался этими принципами для создания работающей антигравитационной машины, система привода которой построена с помощью системы вращающихся магнитов. Позже русские ученые Рощин и Годин независимо воспроизвели результаты Серла, замерили падения температуры и обнаружили “сферы внутри сфер” магнитной энергии, окружающие установку, как только она начинает действовать.
В этой и последующих главах мы заменим неуклюже звучащий термин “вакуумный домен” на более простой и более емкий термин “единица сознания” или ЕС. Поскольку наше обсуждение постепенно отходит от рассмотрения машин, создающих свободную энергию и антигравитацию, нам все больше необходимо придерживаться идеи, что эфир – это разумная энергия.

8.2 КИЛИ СДЕЛАЛ ЭТО ПЕРВЫМ

Серла, Кейгла, Нордберга или Дмитриева еще один физик тоже работал с теми же концепциями “вакуумных доменов” или “единиц сознания” сферической энергии с несомненным, поразительным успехом, если свидетельства о его изобретениях точны.
Этим ученым был Джон Кили, и его работа сейчас переживает такое возрождение, что сайт KeelyNet находится на переднем краю альтернативной энергии — науки об эфире и исследования антигравитации.
Более того, Кили не побоялся связать свои теории с идеей Первичного Существа и философией любви и света как универсальной силы Вселенной, выраженной в форме эфирной энергии.

Энергия вокруг нас, а магнит просто фокусирует ее так, что она течет в одном направлении. В начале 20-го века с появлением современной квантовой физики и теории относительности традиционная наука полностью отказалась от теорий эфира, хотя, в чем мы уже убедились, они не были “некорректыми”.
8.3 ТРИ ГЛАВНЫЕ ЭФИРНЫЕ СИЛЫ: ПРИТЯЖЕНИЕ, ОТТАЛКИВАНИЕ И СТАБИЛИЗАЦИЯ
Наибольший вклад Кили в наши теории “единиц сознания” связан с тем, что эфир создает и поддерживает ЕС. Первый принцип: в каждой ЕС или светящейся сфере эфира имеются три силы – сжимающая сила, которую мы называем гравитацией, расширяющая сила, которую можно назвать “левитацией” или антигравитацией, и стабилизирующая сила, уравновешивающая первые две.
Эти идеи – это конечные продукты изучения и наблюдения поведений вибрации. Поэтому если вы представите сферический, воздушный шар, из которого непрерывно выдувается и в который непрерывно вдувается воздух, вы можете наблюдать действие этих сил:
1. Каждое сжатие или сдувание шара было бы тем, что Кили называл “тянущей” силой, силой сродни гравитации. Внешнее давление воздуха сжимает шар к центру.

8.3.1 ГРАВИТАЦИЯ, ПЕРЕОПРЕДЕЛЕННАЯ КАК ЭФФЕКТ ТЯНИ-ТОЛКАЙ МЕЖДУ ДВУМЯ СИЛАМИ
Здесь очень важно помнить, что для создания того, что мы измеряем как гравитацию, в земле имеются две разные силы, работающие вместе. Выражаясь простыми терминами, гравитация – это не просто “вниз”; это естественное соотношение между силами “вниз” и “вверх”.
Итак, пользуясь терминологией Кили, имеется сила тяготения, направленная к центру, и сила отталкивания, направленная от центра. Поэтому:
То, что мы понимаем под “гравитацией”, – это сила, которая остается после того, как движения энергии “вверх” и “вниз” взаимно уничтожают друг друга. Эту точку равновесия Кили называет “доминантной”.
Это легко визуализировать с помощью игры в перетягивание каната, когда две группы людей с равным количеством участников тянут в разные стороны длинную толстую веревку так сильно, как только могут. В середине веревки кто-то привязывает яркую маркирующую ленту. Цель игры в том, чтобы одна группа перетянула веревку на себя так, чтобы лента пересекла нарисованную на земле линию.
Как только любая команда добивается того, что лента пересекла линию, это означает, что она перетянула другую сторону достаточно для того, чтобы считаться сильнее.
Если рассматривать состязание между гравитацией и левитацией как другой вид игры, где две “команды” притягиваются друг к другу (вместо того, чтобы отталкиваться), тогда гравитация (сила, давящая вниз) всегда “выигрывает” у левитации с помощью определенного сбалансированного количества, которое сейчас мы знаем как “гравитационная постоянная”.
8.3.2 НАБЛЮДАЕМОЕ ДОКАЗАТЕЛЬСТВО ЭФФЕКТА ТЯНИ-ТОЛКАЙ ГРАВИТАЦИИ
Большинство людей никогда не обращало внимания на то, что каждый день мы видим доказательство сбалансированного взаимодействия между гравитацией и левитацией. На минуту подумайте о традиционных идеях гравитации; считается, что это сила, притягивающая два объекта друг к другу.
Если бы она была единственной имеющейся силой, тогда следовало бы ожидать, что, когда два объекта сблизятся настолько, что между ними ощущается гравитационное притяжение, они войдут в контакт друг с другом.

Более того, недавние достижения космологической теории “Большого Взрыва” позволили прийти к неоспоримому выводу — между крупномасштабными структурами во Вселенной должна присутствовать и левитация, чтобы они могли отбрасывать друг друга без столкновения.
И вновь, у нас имеется пример того, как меняются мысли; но эти доводы еще не используются в обратном направлении – в связи с нашей локальной областью и теориями земной гравитации.
В качестве еще одного доказательства, мы можем процитировать работу Ричарда Пасичника, размещенную на его сайте Живой Космос по адресу http://www.livingcosmos.htm. Вот что сообщается на стр. 12:
“При движении вниз от поверхности Земли изменение начальной гравитации в зависимости от глубины сопровождается постепенным уменьшением до нуля силы гравитации в центре Земли.
Обычная гравитационная сила, направленная вниз, заменяется обратной, направленной вверх силой на глубинах больше 2.700 км. Эта сила вытягивает материю из центра. Это истина, поскольку сейчас известно, что центр Земли намного горячее, чем думали раньше.
Вот почему исследование, включающее глубокие шахты и скважины, продемонстрировало разные значения гравитации в зависимости от глубины. По существу, спускающийся в шахту человек весит меньше, чем тот же человек, стоящий на вершине горы.
Более того, изучающие это явление ученые призывают к созданию новой модели Земли, но долго существовавшие теории легко не сдаются. И в результате явление практически игнорируется”.
8.4 ПОГЛОЩЕНИЕ ГРАВИТАЦИИ БЕЗ ПОГЛОЩЕНИЯ ЛЕВИТАЦИИ
Итак, если между гравитацией и левитацией непрерывно идет игра в перетягивание каната, то на поверхности Земли гравитация всегда слегка выигрывает. Однако поскольку две силы очень близки к точному равновесию друг с другом, то если вы каким-то образом смогли бы поглотить некоторое количество направленной вниз сжимающей гравитационной силы без поглощения направленной вверх “левитирующей” силы, тогда левитация Земли естественно оттолкнула бы вас от ее поверхности, создавая антигравитацию.
Поначалу идея поглощения одной силы без поглощения другой кажется невероятной. Однако из научной модели Дмитриева и его коллег мы знаем, что “вакуумный домен” или единица сознания активно поглощает гравитационную энергию, преобразуя ее в электромагнитную энергию и Свет, поскольку все эти поля являются разными формами движения эфира.
Также нам говорили, что “вакуумный домен” обладает определенным поляризованным “направлением” гравитационных эффектов. Один конец трубы, проходящей через центр сферы, будет увеличивать вес объектов, другой конец — уменьшать.
Очевидно, что на Земле гравитация работает совсем по-другому. Земля обладает магнитным полем в форме сферического тора, но гравитация на ее поверхности непрерывно движется; ничто не кажется тяжелее на северном или южном полюсах, чем на остальной части Земли.
Однако если мы создаем вакуумный домен, как его определили д-р Дмитриев и его группа, у нас возникает область, где электромагнитное и гравитационное движение текут вместе, и это сильно отличается от наблюдений на планетах — у них могут быть “северный гравитационный полюс” и “южный гравитационный полюс”.
В повседневных научных наблюдениях гравитация намного слабее, чем электромагнетизм (на порядок в 40 единиц), но внутри ВД все правила меняются — значительно меняется способность поглощать и/или выделять энергию. Поэтому в наших целях мы будем называть поляризованные образования “поляризованными ЕС”, поскольку другие ЕС, такие как ЕС, окружающие планеты, не обладают этим уникальным свойством.
Если мы учитываем, что “гравитационная энергия” – это соотношение между двумя силами, мы легко можем поглощать энергию гравитации больше, чем энергию левитации, и наоборот. Как будет видно в нескольких последующих параграфах, направление вовне поляризованной ЕС будет определять, какая сила будет поглощаться больше.
Если это трудно визуализировать, вернитесь к идее воды, текущей по трубе вашей раковины. Если поток поляризованной ЕС движется вниз от северного полюса к южному, тогда “труба” будет естественно поглощать больше текущей вниз гравитационной силы, преобразовывая ее в электромагнитную энергию и видимый свет.
На южном полюсе имеется другая “труба”, одновременно выталкивающая вверх текущую левитационную силу. Пользуясь этим положением, вы можете построить антигравитационную машину!
“Но постойте, — скажете вы. Как мы можем получить “гравитационную трубу”, проходящую через твердую машину? Чтобы сферическое энергетическое поле могло свободно течь через установку, нам потребуется проделать дыру посередине? Она будет выглядеть как бублик? Как иначе по ней будет циркулировать сферическая энергия?”
В поисках ответа вернемся к перечню свойств вакуумного домена д-ра Дмитриева и его группы. Если вы помните, самое первое свойство “вакуумного домена” – он способен проходить через окружающую материю. Именно это и происходит в Левитирующем Диске Серла.
Вам вовсе не нужно проделывать дыру в середине машины, поскольку середина сферического тора будет автоматически проходить прямо через машину! В своем движении силы не ограничиваются присутствием материи, они текут прямо сквозь нее, как гравитация проходит сквозь Землю.
Тогда поскольку центр тора проходит через материю, образующую центр машины, весь тор выворачивается изнутри вовне как кольцо дыма, пребывая в непрерывном, текучем движении.
Он может выворачиваться одним способом из двух: либо выворачиваться “вовнутрь” через центр от северного полюса к южному, как вода в трубе, либо “вовне (вверх)” через центр от южного полюса к северному, как вода, разбрызгивающаяся в фонтане.
Направление вывертывания будет зависеть от того, как изначально формировалась поляризованная ЕС. Поэтому для двух разных направлений можно построить две разные машины. Подытоживая это положение, можно сказать, что:
Общее соотношение между силами гравитации и левитации, действующими на поляризованную ЕС, будет увеличиваться или уменьшаться в зависимости от того, в каком направлении “выворачивается” энергия ЕС – “вверх” или “вниз”.
Мы объясним, как это возможно, так, чтобы интересующимся все стало понятно. Во-первых, давайте не забывать, что внешняя поверхность тора расширяется и сжимается. Если на надутом шаре вы нарисуете две точки и измерите расстояние между ними, а затем сдуете шар и вновь измерите расстояние между этими точками, очевидно, что во втором случае оно будет меньше.
Аналогично, на внешней поверхности сферы энергия полностью растягивается и ослабевает; проходя через середину сферы, энергия сжимается, становясь интенсивнее. Это значит, что наибольшая сила и самое быстрое движение находятся в трубообразном центре тора. Это ничем не отличается от эллиптической орбиты Земли вокруг Солнца.
Когда Земля находится в самой удаленной точке, известной как “афелий”, она движется медленнее, но, приближаясь к “перигелию”, то есть, приближаясь к Солнцу, она движется намного быстрее. Эффект разгона часто используется для увеличения скорости спутников посредством размещения их ближе к планете или луне. Ученые называют это эффектом “рывка”.
Этот процесс можно увидеть в фильме Артура Кларка “2010”, с американскими и русскими учеными, находящимися на борту русского космического корабля “Леонов”.
На Земле самый лучший физический пример ускоряющегося движения в центре поляризованной ЕС можно наблюдать в случае торнадо. Центральное “трубообразное облако” движется как неистовый вихрь, поскольку, проходя через “трубу”, энергетическая поверхность ЕС сжимается.
Внешняя сфера, которая обычно даже не видна, движется намного медленнее, поскольку ее поверхность полностью расширена. Это ничем не отличается от медленно текущей воды, всегда окружающей вихрь в центре, что мы и видим каждый раз, спуская воду в ванной или раковине.
[Также это можно наблюдать в активности магнитного поля Солнца, известного как гелиосфера. Фотографии, сделанные спутником NASA Улисс, показали, что выше и ниже полюсов Солнца энергия движется намного быстрее, чем в других областях.]
В случае торнадо видно, что обычно трубообразное облако “приземляется” с неба. Это значит, что в центре вращательное движение направлено вниз, а во внешнем сферическом поле, формирующемся вокруг центра, вращательное движение направлено вверх. Причем внешнее поле обычно не видно.
Поэтому поскольку направление энергетического потока в торе движется вниз к центру, текущая вниз гравитационная сила будет захватываться и увлекаться в сияющий энергетический центр торнадо и преобразовываться в энергию и свет (что видно из уравнений д-ра Дмитриева и учений Кили).
Затем в этой точке давящая вверх “левитирующая” сила Земли может превзойти силу гравитации, и земные объекты будут отталкиваться от поверхности земли и втягиваться в торнадо. Внутри самого торнадо не требуется никакого вакуума, что и наблюдалось в случае в Техасе в 1951 году, поскольку это энергетический процесс.
Способность торнадо производить эффекты левитации не имеет ничего общего с давлением воздуха или всасыванием. И чтобы до конца прояснить этот процесс, в следующей главе мы приведем все удивительное исследование д-ра Дмитриева, связанное с торнадо.
Если мы переворачиваем процесс так, чтобы поле сферического тора текло через центр вверх, тогда оно будет засасывать в себя больше “левитирующей” силы, и на объект будет больше действовать направленная вниз гравитация, увеличивая его вес. Понимание того, в каком направлении нужно выворачиваться сферическому тору для создания антигравитации, будет важно для тех, кто использует эти концепции для создания рабочих моделей.
8.5 ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ ЭНЕРГИИ НУЛЕВОГО ВРАЩЕНИЯ
Еще одно важное наблюдение д-ра Ричарда Лефорса Кларка состоит в том, что в центре любого магнитного поля имеется точка “изменения направления энергии нулевого вращения”. Чтобы внешняя часть поля вращалось, поле должно менять направление в центре.
Это значит, что если на северном полюсе вихревое вращение осуществляется по часовой стрелке, то на южном полюсе оно будет против часовой стрелки. В середине же вращения не будет вовсе. Эту область изменения энергии нулевого вращения называют “Стеной Блоча”, и д-р Кларк связывает ее антигравитационными эффектами.
Этот эффект можно увидеть на нижеприведенной схеме, заимствованной у д-ра Кларка. Она демонстрирует изменение вращения, происходящее внутри стержневого магнита.
Также следует помнить, что эта схема не показывает обычное поле сферического тора, окружающее стержневой магнит, а лишь прослеживает вращательное движение внутри.

Понимая этот принцип, мы яснее осознаем важность точного центра любой данной единицы сознания, поляризованной или нет. Это область, где нет никакого вращательного движения, и область сосредоточения огромной энергии. Кили тоже открыл это явление и назвал его “нейтральным центром”.
8.6 НЕЙТРАЛЬНЫЙ ЦЕНТР: МЕСТОНАХОЖДЕНИЕ ЕДИНСТВА
Второй самый главный принцип модели Кили – “нейтральный центр”. Нейтральный центр всегда будет находиться точно в центре любой ЕС или гармонической сферы эфира/Света. Чтобы понять, почему центр ЕС так важен, подумайте еще раз о наблюдении (в 1951 году) светящейся массы в центре колонны торнадо.
Кили очень выразительно писал о том, как невероятно мала истинная сердцевина “нейтрального центра”, но она служит объединяющим центром действия всех эфирных сил. Весь втекающий эфир (как в случае с гравитацией Земли) будет сжиматься в нейтральный центр, где давления просто невообразимы.
Однако именно в этой точке вся гравитационная сила будет очень мала, поскольку для “сражения” двух противоборствующих сил нет другого такого места, где они уже пребывали бы в совершенном равновесии. Поэтому, несмотря на очень высокое давление в этой точке гравитационные и энергетические силы нейтральны, отсюда и название “нейтральный центр”.
В модели Кили именно этот Центр представляет собой истинное Единство Бога, объединение всех вибраций. Во всей Вселенной каждая ЕС (включая иерархию духовных тел человека) связана с любой другой посредством Центра, в котором нет ни времени, ни пространства, а лишь Единство.
И на метафизическом или духовном уровне нас просят визуализировать, что вся материя, весь эфир, вся Любовь, весь Свет, вся Жизнь, вся Вселенная испускаются из единственной энергетической точки, которую можно назвать Богом или Одним. Более того, пространство – это иллюзия, формирующаяся втеканием и вытеканием эфира из Центра. На самом деле, Центр везде и нигде одновременно!
Смущает, не так ли? Некоторые из этих концепций могут потребовать большой ментальной гибкости. И хотя очевидно, что это не очень легко визуализировать, мы можем облегчить этот процесс. Представьте, что вся видимая Вселенная расположена на поверхности оболочки воздушного шара, а затем вы выкачиваете из него весь воздух.
Как только весь воздух вышел, вся внешняя поверхность шара сжалась в единственную крошечную точку. Если все находящееся на поверхности шара еще каким-то образом “существует”, тогда что пребывает в этой точке?
В Одной Точке в Центре существует вся Вселенная.
Только в этот момент она полностью “свернута”. Когда вы вновь надуваете шар, из Одной Точки в Центре разворачивается вся Вселенная, чтобы создавать “иллюзию” пространства и времени.
На каком-то уровне это может показаться абсурдным, однако источники, такие как Говорит Сет, настаивают на том, что именно так реально функционирует наша многомерная Вселенная. Для наших целей заметим, что энергия непрерывно пульсирует в Центр и из Него так быстро, что обычно мы никогда не обнаруживаем промежутки времени, когда энергия Вселенной полностью сфокусирована в Центре; представляется, что все происходит одновременно, то есть все вибрации существуют одновременно.
У некоторых людей был опыт движения в Центр, который группа Ра называет “разумной бесконечностью”. Центр всегда виден как слепящий белый свет и сопровождается ощущением огромной невыразимой радости. Те, кто видит Центр, сразу же его узнают, поскольку это и есть их истинный, родной Дом. В некоторых случаях им очень трудно его покинуть, чтобы вернуться к “нормальному” существованию здесь на Земле.
И вновь, каждый раз, когда из центральной точки нашей Вселенной вдыхается и выдыхается сферическое энергетическое поле, возникает “единица сознания”. По мере продолжения изложения материала мы будем объяснять, что на самом деле, нет ничего КРОМЕ «единиц сознания” в разных формах — от субатомной до космической. Более того,
энергия всех ЕС во Вселенной непрерывно сжимается и расширяется из одной “точки” Единства со скоростью намного превышающей ту, которую мы способны воспринимать физическими телами.
В Центре нет ни времени, ни пространства, ни движения.
Поэтому когда в сферической “единице сознания” энергия втекает в центр (как в случае с торнадо или шаровой молнии), она одновременно излучается из центра. Это напоминает непрерывное “дыхательное” движение.
Если бы в поляризованной ЕС нам удалось в достаточной степени замедлить движение энергии, текущей от севера к югу, мы бы наблюдали следующую картину. В Центре возникают пульсации энергии, текут вниз по трубе, выходят из южного полюса, искривляются над низом, выходят из сферы, проходят над верхом и вновь направляются вниз к северному полюсу трубы, чтобы заново поглощаться Центром.
(И, как мы увидим в последующих главах, поверхность Солнца демонстрирует неопровержимое свидетельство вспучивания, когда его поверхность заметно увеличивается и уменьшается в размерах каждые 160 минут.)
8.7 РЕЗЮМЕ “ПРИТЯГИВАЮЩЕЙ”, “ОТТАЛКИВАЮЩЕЙ” И “ДОМИНАНТНОЙ” СИЛ

Когда два движения естественно уравновешиваются в “доминанте” или стабилизирующей силе, цикл сотворения материи или “дыхания жизни” завершается.
Здесь давайте не забывать, что Кили тоже пользовался сферическим тором как фундаментальной моделью активности эфира, что мы демонстрировали в предыдущей главе.
Поэтому вновь у нас имеется случай, когда утерянные секреты Вселенной открывались и использовались лишь для того, чтобы опять потеряться так, чтобы другим пришлось открывать их заново. Без сложных магнитных колец и роликов д-ра Серла Кили удавалось создавать энергетическую ЕС вокруг объекта посредством звуковых частот! Ниже мы объясняем, как это работает:
1. Физический объект состоит из потока эфира.
2. С помощью вибрации объекта на очень чистой звуковой частоте вы автоматически будете заставлять вибрировать эфир, создающий объект.
3. Создав вибрацию в эфире, вы можете фокусировать и направлять ее так, как это делали д-р ДеПальма и д-р Серл с помощью магнетизма и вращения. Принцип один и тот же — вы заставляете эфир течь в определенном направлении, отличающемся от его течения в естественном “сбалансированном” состоянии.
4. При концентрации звуковых пульсаций непосредственно в центре объекта, в самом объекте и составляющем его эфире создается “рябь” или “волны” вибрации.
5. Когда вибрации достигают центра, они соударяются друг с другом и выплескиваются из центра, образуя волны “отталкивания” Кили.
6. Как только возникает “направленный” поток эфира, формируется проход, через который высокое давление эфирных вибраций будет вытекать в физическую форму (что мы уже описали выше).
7. Далее такое “истечение” будет создавать “вакуумный домен” или то, что теперь мы называем “единицей сознания”, обладающий всеми девятью свойствами списка д-ра Дмитриева, включая антигравитацию и электромагнитные поля.
8. Таким образом, вы получаете “энергию” из “звука”, создавая мост, позволяющий статичной энергии эфира втекать в нашу физическую реальность. (Напоминаем, что объема энергии в лампочке достаточно для того, чтобы вскипятить все океаны мира.)

Внутри сферического энергетического поля на вас влияет лишь естественная гравитация и инерция самой ЕС. А это значит, что безо всякого усилия вы можете двигаться в пространстве на высоких скоростях и совершать резкие повороты, не раня себя.
Кроме того, как мы объясняли выше, Кили удалось воспользоваться принципами поляризованной “единицы сознания”, чтобы увеличивать вес объекта, вынуждая его подниматься “вверх” и поглощать больше левитирующей силы.

Механизм управления состоял из 100 вибрационных стержней, представляющих энгармонические и диатонические шкалы. Когда половина стержней заглушалась, аппарат мог двигаться со скоростью ? 800 км в час. Если заглушались все стержни, гравитация восстанавливала контроль, и аппарат спускался на землю.

8.9 ТИБЕТСКАЯ ЗВУКОВАЯ ЛЕВИТАЦИЯ
Подобное использование звука для производства левитации описываются в обретшей сейчас дурную славу истории тибетской звуковой левитации. Разные пикантные кусочки информации неоднократно появлялись в дискуссиях, статьях о свободной энергии и сайтах НЛО, однако самое лучшее отношение к этой истории мы находим в статье Брюса Кэти в книге Антигравитация и Мировая Решетка.
Начало сообщения перепечатано из статьи из немецкого журнала, переведенной на английский язык; мы начинаем с того места, с которого начинается переведенная статья.
“От священнослужителей Дальнего Востока мы знаем, что они способны поднимать тяжелые камни на вершины высоких гор с помощью наборов разных звуков… знание разных вибраций в диапазоне слышимости демонстрирует ученому физику, что вибрирующее и сгущенное звуковое поле может обнулять силу гравитации.
Шведский инженер Олаф Александерсон писал об этом явлении в публикации Implosion, № 13.
Нижеприведенное сообщение базируется на наблюдениях, сделанных двадцать лет назад в Тибете. Я получил этот отчет от своего друга Генри Киелсона — гражданского инженера и управляющего полетами. Позжее он включил это сообщение в книгу Утерянные технологии. Вот его сообщение:
“Шведский врач д-р Ярл, друг Киелсона, учился в Оксфорде. За время учебы он подружился с молодым тибетским студентом. На расстоянии 63 метров от каменной плиты и по дуге в 90? были расставлены 19 музыкальных инструментов. Радиус 63 м соблюдался очень точно. Музыкальные инструменты — 13 барабанов и 6 труб.

У всех барабанов один конец был открыт, а другой имел металлическое дно, по которому монах ударял большой кожаной дубинкой. Позади каждого инструмента стояла группа монахов. Ситуация иллюстрируется вышеприведенным рисунком.
Когда камень оказался на месте (чаше), монах, стоящий позади маленького барабана, подал сигнал к началу “концерта”. Маленький барабан обладал очень резким звуком, и его было слышно даже тогда, когда другие инструменты создавали ужасный грохот.
Все монахи пели молитву, медленно наращивая темп этого невероятного шума. Первые четыре минуты ничего не происходило, затем, когда скорость барабанного боя и шума увеличилась, большой каменный блок начал раскачиваться и колебаться. Вдруг с увеличивающейся скоростью он взмыл в воздух и направился к платформе перед отверстием в пещеру, находящимся на высоте 250 метров.

Из вычислений представляется, что распеваемые монахами молитвы не имели никакого непосредственного отношения к подъему камней. Реакция инициировалась не религиозным рвением группы, а высшим научным знанием, удерживаемым высшими священнослужителями.
Секрет в геометрическом размещении музыкальных инструментов по отношению к поднимаемым камням и гармонической настройке барабанов и труб. Громкое пение монахов, пользующихся своими голосами в определенной тональности и ритме, возможно, усиливало эффект, но я считаю, что к существу дела это не имеет никакого отношения”.
Основываясь на открытиях энергетических гармоник планеты “Земля”, Кэти продолжает объяснение правильной работы измерений. Работа Кэти уже описывалась в книге Сдвиг Эпох.
Открытия Кэти прямо указывают на то, что эфир вибрирует в гармоническом резонансе, и что вибрации эфира можно очень точно измерить и выразить в числах. И сейчас мы видим, что действие левитации – это не продукт фантазии, все наблюдалось, измерялось и даже фотографировалось.
Чтобы подняться, камням потребовались целых три минуты, то есть, это не просто внезапный катапультирующий эффект, скорее это медленное намеренное движение.
8.9.1 НАУЧНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ТИБЕТСКОЙ ЗВУКОВОЙ ЛЕВИТАЦИИ
Тем, кто заинтересовался этим всерьез: статья Дэна Дэвидсона помогает облечь это восхитительное событие в научные термины. Если вас утомляют технические данные, пропустите эту часть и продолжайте чтение, это не помешает общему пониманию концепций.
Монахи с 19-ю музыкальными инструментами, состоящими из 13-ти барабанов и 6-ти труб, расположились по дуге в 90? перед каменным блоком. Инструменты имели следующие измерения:
• 8 барабанов имели 1 метр в диаметре, глубину 1,5 метра и 3 мм железную пластину, вес 159 кг.
• 4 барабана имели 0,7 метра в диаметре и глубину 1 метр.
• 1 барабан был 0,2 метра в диаметре и глубиной 0,3 метра.
• Все трубы были 3,12 х 0,3 метра.
Вычисления раскрывают, что объем больших барабанов примерно равнялся объему каменного блока. Средние барабаны составляли 1/3 объема большого барабана, а маленький барабан составлял 0,41 объема среднего барабана и 0,125 объема большого барабана.
Точный объем большого камня не известен, однако гармонические соотношения барабанов позволяют предположить, что он был приблизительно 1,5 кубических метра.
Другой интересный аспект демонстрации подъема – это небольшое количество энергии, необходимое для совершения подъема. Самое громкое терпимое давление звука, которое может выдержать человек, — приблизительно 280 дин на кв. см. С помощью физического анализа эта величина переводится приблизительно в 0,000094 ватта на кв. см.

Чтобы поднять камень на 250 метров, требуется очень большое количество энергии. Камни, такие как гранит и известняк, обладают весом приблизительно 150-175 фунтов[1] на кубический фут[2].
Если принять номинальную величину за 160 фунтов на кубический фут, то 1,5 кубических метра камня весили около 8.475 фунтов (то есть около 4 тонн!!!). Чтобы поднять 8475 фунтов на высоту 250 метров потребовалось бы около 7 миллионов фут-фунтов работы (то есть, 8.475 фунтов х 250 метров/0,30408 метров/фут = 6.968.035).

В своем анализе Дэвидсон упустил, что “подъемная сила” уже так же велика как сила “гравитации”, поэтому сдвигать камни не так уж и трудно, как можно было бы подумать.
Ясно, что все расположение предназначено для создания волн звукового резонанса, которые реверберировали бы в камне, который предстоит двигать, и поглощения или отражения давящей вниз силы для создания левитации.
Если посмотреть на форму, созданную монахами и их трубами, можно видеть, что она представляет четверть круга, и все звуковое давление направлено в “чашеобразное” углубление, где лежит камень.
Как только внутри себя камень достигает относительно чистого уровня звукового резонанса, что занимает несколько минут, открывается проход для втекания эфирной энергии в нашу реальность, и вокруг объекта формируется поляризованное сферическое поле “единицы сознания”.
Затем (как вода втекает в завихрение) гравитация будет поглощаться камнем без придавливания его к Земле, а более слабая левитация или “подъемная” сила, исходящая из Земли, будет преодолевать гравитацию, вынуждая камень постепенно подниматься. Если вы когда-либо наблюдали, как в плотной жидкости медленно-медленно поднимается пузырь воздуха, тогда вы видели, что медленный эффект левитации создается разницей давлений.
Кроме того, мы помним, что Кэти не считал, что пение или концентрация монахов имеют какое-то отношение к конечному результату. 8.10 ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТ КИЛИ ПО ПОДЪЕМУ 4-ТОННОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗНОЙ СФЕРЫ
Представляется, что для создания желаемых влияний эфира на физическую материю Кили разработал инструментарий для соединения акустического или электромагнитного резонанса со своим сознанием и, вероятно, изменял направление “потока” в ЕС посредством одной лишь сознательной энергии мысли. Выдержка из статьи Дэвидсона, которую мы только что цитировали, приводит конкретный пример, увиденный очевидцем.
“Подъем 4-тонной железной сферы:
После преждевременной смерти Кили в 1898 году, в поисках свидетельства того, что он был обманщиком, его лабораторию посетили несколько исследователей из редакции журнала Scientific America.

Очевидно, Кили заставил массу сферы увеличиться настолько, что сфера утонула в твердой земле, как тяжелая скала тонет в грязи. Изобретатель сообщил репортеру, что расчищает место в лаборатории, освобождаясь от устаревшего оборудования.
Теоретически все выглядит так: во время левитации механизм, надетый на пояс Кили, настроил атомную структуру железной сферы так, что все атомы синхронизировались, а направленная в сферу эфирная сила заставляла сферу либо подниматься, либо опускаться”.
И вновь, можно ясно видеть, что сознание напрямую связано с фактором левитации или гравитации, как это имело место в случае в Тибете. Хотя большая часть эффекта, похоже, производится некоей формой резонирующей электромагнитной энергии, все выглядит так, что ментальная концентрация Кили важна для направления движения энергии.
На самом деле, чтобы поместить объект на место, Кили мог или не мог двигать его руками; статья сообщает лишь о том, что объект “поплыл” в нужное положение. 8.11 ЗВУКОЛЮМИНЕСЦЕНЦИЯ

Вспомните, что мы начинали предыдущую главу с обсуждения “светящегося магнетизма” и теории “шара света”. И вновь мы возвращаемся к сфере и ее гармонической структуре. 8.13 ВЫВОДЫ
8.1 В этой и последующих главах мы заменим неуклюже звучащий термин “вакуумный домен” на более простой и более емкий термин “единица сознания” или ЕС. Этот термин используется в знак уважения того, что энергия Вселенной демонстрирует упорядоченные качества разума, основанные на уровне его вибрации.
8.2 Раньше всех других исследователей свободной энергии, которых мы обсуждали, был Джон Эрнст Кили с его замечательными экспериментами, продемонстрировавшими связь между вибрациями эфира и звуком. 8.4 Если каким-то образом вам удается поглотить некоторое количество направленной вниз сжимающей гравитационной силы, не поглощая при этом направленную вверх силу “левитации”, тогда земная левитация будет естественно отталкивать вас от поверхности Земли, создавая антигравитацию. Внутри того, что мы назвали поляризованной ЕС, направление, в котором выворачивается внешняя сторона тора, будет определять, какая сила поглощается больше.
8.5 В поляризованной ЕС два спиралевидных вихря будут демонстрировать противоположное вращение, поскольку оно требуется для того, чтобы внешняя сторона тора непрерывно двигалась. THE HARDWARE PROGRAM COMPLEX SCANNER «MODULATED BROADBAND ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION» (MBER) The hardware program complex scanner «Modulated Broadband Electromagnetic Radiation» (MBER) consists of a laser, which is designed specifically to produce Gariaev’s sound matrices. GENERATOR CERPAN
Known Names: Beridze-Stakhovsky’s generator, Generator «Cerpan» Development (year): exact date is unknown, original devices were developed before 1982 (Soviet Union). It seems that main development was performed in 70x. This report enlists several performed experiments with «Cerpan» between 1980 and 1992. There are scientific publications with «Cerpan» even now (2004, 2009, see e.g. this paper), however there is no reliable information about replicated devices.

SPIRAL HARMONIZER WAVE GENETICS

A special attachment has been developed for the LGN-303 laser, which consists of the prism, a quarter wave plate and the polarizer. It allows turning a linear polarization into a circular or elliptic polarization (right- or left-handed). The prism splits the laser beam, which contains two orthogonally polarized modes in space based on two constituents. The polarizer allows choosing the clockwise, counter-clockwise, or simultaneously clockwise and counter-clockwise circular polarizations. The quarter wave plate turns a linear polarization into a circular one. The clockwise or counter-clockwise direction depends on the degree to which the phase plate is rotated relative to the linearly polarized beam. A peculiarity of the LGN-303 laser is the fact that it features the geometrical presence of two types of polarization within one beam. Thus, a beam producing a zero point in the space is obtained, which allows erasing the information from various crystals and substances, as well as imposing new energy programs. According to Dr. Akimov’s torsion field theory, a beam with circular polarization is a torsion generator. Thus, by changing the optical polarization, we can modulate the torsion signal. It is possible to create a modification, in which there will be a Kerr cell, or Faraday cell. This would allow modulating the right-hand and left-hand torsion field with the speed of up to several gigahertz. Such a torsion generator can be used for a system of quantum communication, which had been developed by Dr. Krasnobryzhev.
